On site for the day
The crew arrives for the build and stays through the function, because nothing out here can be fetched in twenty minutes.

Mehendi setups across the Wagholi townships. One load-out that carries the whole function, lighting rigged on site, and a crew that stays from the build to the strike.
A mehendi runs five or six hours. Add the build before it and the strike after, and out in the Wagholi townships that is a full day for the crew with no trips back to the city in the middle of it.
So the planning is different from the decoration. Everything the function will need — lighting, seating, spare fabric, the artists themselves — travels out together and stays. Nothing is fetched.
The upside is real room. A township clubhouse or a common lawn seats a guest list that would never fit in a city flat, and the lighting can be rigged properly because there is space to rig it in.
Out here the inventory is the plan, because nothing can be fetched.
The crew arrives for the build and stays through the function, because nothing out here can be fetched in twenty minutes.
Lighting, seating, fabric and fixings counted off the plan while the van is still in the yard.
Warm light over the artists and ambient light over the seating, run off a proper supply and tested in daylight.
Zoned floor seating and chairs, in the quantity a township hall or ground can actually take.
Packed for the journey so they arrive as flowers rather than as something that spent an hour in traffic.
Struck after the last hand is done, and the waste leaves with us because there is no bin out here that takes it.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
The society hall turned into a lounge for the afternoon, lit on our own stands.
Out on the open ground, with everything weighted and the lighting rigged on stands.
On the landscaped grass, with matting under the seating from the start.
A smaller guest list indoors, worked around what the living room can seat.
A hotel function room out on the main road, run to that venue’s own vendor list.
The morning haldi reworked into the afternoon mehendi, so the van makes the trip once.
A lit, separate seat for the long bridal session away from the queue.
Hanging lanterns and warm light for a function that runs well past sunset.
A haldi out of town is a two-hour function: arrive early, build, run it, leave. A mehendi is six hours with guests in the room the whole time, and that changes what the crew has to be ready for.
At a city function a missing bulb or a torn drape is twenty minutes away. Here it is two hours, and the function is still running. So spares travel as standard: lamps, fabric, fixings, cable. It costs a little in van space and it has saved more afternoons than any other habit we have.
Somebody is on site for the whole function, because over six hours a lamp gets knocked, a drape comes loose and the seating gets rearranged by the guests themselves. A setup that is delivered and abandoned looks very different at eight than it did at two.
Township halls and grounds rarely have usable lighting for this. Ours comes on stands, runs off a checked supply, and is aimed and tested in daylight so that nobody is adjusting a lamp over a seated guest at sundown.
Most townships want a vendor list, crew ID numbers and vehicle details, and some restrict when a commercial vehicle may enter. Sent in advance, none of it costs you a minute. Sent on the day, it costs you the build. See the mehendi decoration page, the haldi setup in Wagholi, and wedding planning in Wagholi.
Nobody ranks planners on how their events went. What the results rank is visibility, which is why the shortlist matters more than the order it arrives in.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Wagholi before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

They stay. For a six-hour mehendi that is the whole point of coming out here with a full van: a lamp gets knocked, a drape comes loose, guests move the seating. Somebody is there to put it right rather than you finding our number at seven in the evening.
They do if you book them through us, and their travel is a separate line so you can see it. If you are bringing your own artists, tell us how many and where they will sit, because the lighting is designed around them rather than the other way round.
Yes, and it is normal out here. We bring lighting on stands, run it off a supply we have checked, and aim and test it in daylight. The hall’s own tubes stay off over the artists, because overhead white light is the worst possible light for mehendi.
Not if we have the rules when you book. We send crew names, ID numbers and vehicle details in advance, and the entry fee goes in the scope as its own line. The only thing that delays a build out here is paperwork nobody mentioned.
Yes, and at this distance it is much the cheaper arrangement, because what costs money out here is the journey rather than the decoration. The crew comes once, reworks the morning setup into the afternoon one, and you pay for a changeover instead of a second job.
The decoration prices as it would anywhere — seating, lighting, floral, backdrop. What the location adds is transport and a full day of crew time, and sometimes the gate fee. All of it is shown separately so you can see what the distance is actually costing.
Search results do not rank planners by quality, so the label is only ever someone's opinion. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles township clubhouse mehendi, common-ground mehendi and society lawn mehendi in Wagholi. The same crew covers Pune. Ask what happens to the price when a number moves; a single figure tells you nothing.
Start with teams that already work in Wagholi — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Wagholi with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Wagholi are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
