Most people call an event planner when they have already realised how many separate people an event needs. A venue, a decorator, a sound and light crew, a photographer, a caterer, an anchor, printing for the signage, somebody to receive the guests and somebody to settle the bills afterwards. Each of them is a phone call, a quotation, an advance and a person who can be late.
A planner's job is to make that one phone call instead of nine. We design the event, take quotations from the suppliers we already work with, hold them to a schedule, and stand on site while it runs. If the sound crew is late, that is our problem and not yours.
We have been doing this in Pune since 2013 — over five hundred events, for families and for companies whose names you will recognise further down this page. We coordinate your caterer; we do not cook. And the printing — stage backdrops, signage, standees, badges — is made in our own unit rather than bought in, which is why it arrives on time.

Ask who is actually on site. A planner who books suppliers and then leaves is a booking agent. Ask how many of their own people will be at the venue on the day, and what happens between setup and dismantle.
Ask for the quotation split. Décor, sound, printing, manpower and the planner's own fee should be separate lines. A single lump sum cannot be compared with anyone else's and hides where the margin sits.
Ask what they own and what they hire. Anything hired in is a date they do not control. We own our printing and our setup crew, which is why those two never slip.
Ask about the last event like yours. Not a portfolio — a specific event, the headcount, and one thing that went wrong and how it was handled. Every event has one.
Check the advance and the cancellation terms before the design excites you. This is the part people skip and regret.

Either a percentage of the event budget or a flat planning fee, and which one is cheaper depends on the size of the event. On top of that sit the real costs — décor, sound, printing, manpower — which we quote as separate lines so you can see what each part costs and remove anything you do not want. Send the date and a rough guest count and you get a range the same day.
Both, and they are run by the same core team. Weddings are the larger share of the work by number; corporate events are the larger share by budget. The planning method is identical: design first, suppliers held to a written schedule, our crew on site throughout.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we do not take a cut of the food bill. If you have nobody, we will put you in front of caterers we have worked with and you contract them directly.
For a wedding, three to six months is comfortable and the venue is what forces it earlier. For a corporate event, six to eight weeks. For a birthday or a small function, two weeks is enough. If your date is sooner than that, call rather than send a form — we will tell you honestly whether it can be done well.
Yes. Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Thane and Navi Mumbai are routine, and destination weddings in Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar and Alibaug are a regular part of the year. Outstation work carries travel and stay for the crew, quoted as its own line.
Two things that are checkable rather than claimed. We have been running events here since 2013, which is longer than most of the agencies you will be comparing us with. And the printing and signage are made in our own unit instead of being bought in — on an event, the printed things are what arrive last and go wrong most, and ours do not.
