Pimpri is where PCMC's offices, hospitals and older industry sit together. The events are institutional and company work during the week, hall weddings and society functions at the weekend.
Pimpri is the administrative centre of the twin townships — municipal offices, hospitals, older industrial units and dense housing, all in a small radius. The events are correspondingly institutional: public programmes, hospital and medical functions, union and welfare events, company meets, felicitations and inaugurations.
Weekends are the other calendar. There is a good supply of halls here, so families from across PCMC hold weddings and receptions in Pimpri, alongside the society annual days, Ganpati and Navratri in the buildings themselves.
The constraint is congestion. This is one of the busier parts of PCMC, the roads are old and narrow for the traffic they carry, and there is nowhere for a goods vehicle to stand. Builds happen early or late, material is pre-assembled, and the vehicle unloads and leaves. We state the hour in the quotation rather than leaving it to the day.

Not the booking date — the hour the doors open to a crew. Many halls here hand over two or three hours before, and a build drawn for a full day cannot be done in three hours unless it was designed to be.
Plan an unload rather than a park: everything off in one pass, carried in, vehicle gone. Anything that must come back does so on a scheduled second trip that is in the price.
Older buildings here have small lifts and staircases with a turn in them. The turn is what stops a long panel, not the width.
A presentation that reads at arm's length can be unreadable from row fifteen. Collect the decks the day before and put each one up on the room's own screen.
An event that ends at seven and a crew loading at seven-thirty will sit in traffic until nine, and you pay for it. Dismantle happens immediately or late, and the quotation says which.

Yes, in our own unit, which is why they arrive on time. Lock the names early; printing is fast but final spellings always arrive last.
Three to four weeks for a hall or institutional function once the venue is booked. For anything with significant printing, six weeks.
Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event.
