Dhayari is new mid-rise with open land still between the buildings. For a large guest list the honest answer here is often a plot rather than a hall — which means the function is built rather than booked.
Dhayari grew outward along the Sinhagad Road corridor and has not filled in. Mid-rise societies sit with open land between them, and the halls, while they exist, are fewer than the population now needs. So for a wedding or a large family function here, the realistic answer is frequently a plot.
That changes what is being bought. On open ground the first half of the job is infrastructure — levelling, flooring, a structure, a generator, cabling, tower lights, water, washrooms — and the second half is the event. None of the first half shows up in a photograph and all of it decides whether the evening works. We quote it as two halves so you can see what each one costs.
The society side is the ordinary calendar: annual days, Ganpati, Navratri, birthdays, naming ceremonies. Newer buildings, so the lifts are decent and the committees have written rules. Our office and printing unit are a few minutes up the road, which makes a mid-event fix a short trip rather than a crisis.

Open ground is the best value available in this part of Pune and the easiest to under-budget, because most of what makes it work is invisible.
Levelling, flooring, a structure, a generator, cabling, tower lights, water and washrooms. A quotation that is all décor and no infrastructure is not cheaper; it is incomplete, and the gap appears on the evening.
Stage, lights, kitchen and ambient together, with headroom. A generator sized for the stage alone trips when the caterer switches on, which is always the worst moment.
People remember a dark path to the washroom and an unlit car park long after they have forgotten the backdrop. Tower lights on the approach are the cheapest improvement on any open-ground quotation.
A plot that is firm in April is not firm in August. A monsoon date needs a raised, matted, drained floor, and that is a decision at quotation time rather than a repair later.
Pegs, cabling, cable covers and waste. Whoever owns the ground wants it as it was, and "we will send someone tomorrow" is how a deposit disappears. Ours goes out with us.

No — the office and the printing unit are a few minutes up Sinhagad Road in Anand Nagar. That mostly matters when something needs fixing on the morning.
For an open-ground build, six to eight weeks, because the ground, the structure and the power all have to be arranged. For a hall or society function, three to four weeks.
