Pirangut is an industrial belt on the Mulshi road with farmland and farmhouses around it. Company functions during the week, weddings on the open ground at the weekend.
Pirangut sits on the road out to Mulshi and has two distinct lives. During the week it is an industrial estate: inaugurations, vendor and supplier meets, safety programmes, long-service awards and employee family days, with gate passes, safety inductions and a build planned around a plant that is still running.
At the weekend it is farmland and farmhouses, which makes it one of the nearer places to Pune where a wedding can be built on open ground with a hill view. That is quoted as two halves — infrastructure, then the event — because power, water, flooring, lighting and washrooms all have to be brought.
The practical advantage is the road: a truck reaches Pirangut without difficulty, so more can be pre-assembled and brought complete. The practical caution is the monsoon, when the ground softens and the approach to a farm plot can become the problem rather than the site itself.
Inside the plant during the week, on the ground at the weekend.
Crew list, ID, vehicle numbers and gate passes before the day, and the safety induction done.
Display, screens, seating, dinner and the plaque photograph, built to a timed schedule.
A generator sized to stage, lights and kitchen together, with reserve, and every run covered or buried.
Covered span, levelling, firm flooring, and tower lights on the approach and the parking.
Water brought for the caterer and the guests, and portable washrooms placed and serviced.
Frames out, cabling lifted, pegs pulled, waste taken away with us rather than left on the land.
Open-ground builds with a hill view, structure, floor, power and light.
Evening functions where the setting and the lighting do most of the work.
Bhoomi pujan, ribbon cutting and the plaque photograph.
Presentations, display and dinner for a room that came to hear numbers.
Demonstrations, displays and a closing function across several days.
Games, counters, stage and prizes for a crowd that arrives together.
Daytime team events on farm land, with shade, seating and activities.
Location setups for photography, with props, seating and power.
The estate and the farmland need opposite plans, and the mistake is bringing one to the other.
Crew names, ID numbers and vehicle numbers, two weeks out. A crew standing at the gate is a build that starts three hours late, and it causes more delay than everything else combined.
Walkways that must stay clear, panels and hydrants that cannot be covered, zones needing protective equipment, anything that stays live. A layout rejected on the day cannot be rebuilt on the day.
Power with headroom, water, serviced washrooms, flooring, structure and tower lighting. None of it photographs and all of it decides whether the evening works.
The ground softens and the approach to a farm plot can become the problem rather than the site. November to March is the window for outdoor functions and we will say plainly if a date sits outside it.
A truck reaches Pirangut without trouble, so more can be pre-assembled and brought complete in one trip. On a large build that is a real saving and we price it that way.
That search returns whoever advertises hardest in Pirangut, not whoever runs the better event. It is a starting list, and the sorting is still yours to do.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Pirangut before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
Yes. We send the crew list, ID and vehicle details in advance for gate passes, do the safety induction, and walk the layout with your safety officer before anything is drawn. Build is planned around production rather than stopping it.
Yes, and it is one of the nearer places to Pune where you can do that with a hill view. It is quoted in two halves — infrastructure, then the event — because power, water, flooring, lighting and washrooms all have to be brought.

Yes, all three, quoted as their own lines. On a farm plot with no facilities these are part of the event rather than extras.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill. On open ground we do plan their power and water.
Six to eight weeks for an open-ground build. For an estate event, six to eight as well, mostly for approvals and gate passes rather than the build.
Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles farmhouse weddings, lawn receptions and line and shed inaugurations in Pirangut. The same crew covers Mulshi and Sus. Ask to see work from the same kind of event, not a showreel of somebody else's.
Look for a team that has already worked in Pirangut, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pirangut with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pirangut are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
