Plan With YOLO (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an event management company based at Shop 7, Ekta Nagri, Near Dwarka Apartment, Anand Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411051, India. We plan and run events and also provide branding, SEO, website, social media and app services.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through our forms;
try to disrupt, hack or overload the website;
copy or reuse our content, photos or designs without written permission.

We may update, change or temporarily suspend the website at any time.

Quotations

Any price, package or estimate shared on the website, by phone, on WhatsApp or in a first conversation is an estimate only. It becomes binding only when we send you a written quotation or agreement and you confirm it. Quotations are based on the details you give us (date, venue, guest count, scope) and may change if those details change. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only once you accept the written quotation or agreement and pay the advance stated in it. The advance amount, payment schedule and final settlement date are as set out in your written quotation or agreement.

No payments are taken through this website. We will share our payment details directly with you, in writing. Taxes such as GST are charged as applicable.

If the scope of your event changes after booking, for example extra guests, décor or services, we will confirm the revised cost in writing before going ahead.

Your responsibilities

Accurate information: give us correct details about your event, guests and requirements, and tell us promptly about any changes.
Venue permissions: unless our agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for obtaining venue bookings, permissions and any licences or police or local authority approvals the event needs, such as for sound, fireworks or late hours.
Guest conduct: you are responsible for the behaviour of your guests, and for any damage they cause to the venue, equipment or décor.
Timely decisions: approve designs, menus and plans within agreed timelines so suppliers can be booked.
Payments: pay the amounts due on the dates agreed.

Third-party vendors

We work with independent suppliers such as venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, artists, and sound and lighting companies. We choose them carefully and coordinate their work, but they remain independent businesses responsible for their own services. Where a supplier fails to perform, we will do our best to arrange an alternative of similar standard. Some suppliers have their own terms, which may also apply to you.

Intellectual property

All concepts, themes, mood boards, designs, layouts, proposals and creative material we prepare remain our property until you have paid in full for them. After full payment you may use the final deliverables for the event or purpose they were created for. You may not share our proposals or designs with other planners or vendors to have them copied.

For branding, website and digital work, ownership of final deliverables is transferred as stated in the relevant written agreement.

Photos and portfolio use

We may photograph or film the set-up, décor and atmosphere of events we manage and use this material in our portfolio, on our website and on social media. If you do not want your event featured, please tell us in writing before the event and we will not use it. We will always respect reasonable requests to remove a particular image.

Limitation of liability

We take care in everything we plan, but to the extent permitted by law:

our total liability for any claim connected with an event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event;
we are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of business, travel costs or disappointment;
we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings of you or your guests;
we are not liable for problems caused by the venue, by guests, or by information you gave us that was wrong.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, floods, fire, epidemics, strikes, power failures, civil unrest, or government restrictions and orders. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the event, as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy and by the terms in your written quotation or agreement.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your booking applies to that booking. For any questions:
