Advertising and marketing agencies
You sold the campaign and it has an event attached. We deliver the event; the client sees your agency.
Shop 7, Ekta Nagri, Near Dwarka Apartment, Anand Nagar, Pune 411051
You hold the client. We plan, build and run the event under your brand — planning, production, printing and design from one in-house team. Nothing on site carries our name unless you want it to.

Agencies win event work they have no crew for. Wedding planners get a date that clashes with two others. Companies have a marketing team and nobody to rig a stage. In each case the problem is the same: the client is yours, the delivery is not.
White label event management is the answer to that. We take the brief from you, plan against it, and turn up as your team. Your logo goes on the deck, the run sheet and the crew shirts if you want it there. Our name appears nowhere on site, and we do not contact your client — every question comes back to you.
What makes it hold together is that the parts are ours. Planning, design, printing and production sit in one office, so a backdrop change on Thursday is one conversation rather than three vendors. You get one number to call, one scope, and one team answerable for the day.
You sold the campaign and it has an event attached. We deliver the event; the client sees your agency.
Two dates on the same weekend, or a function outside your city. Our crew covers the one you cannot.
You have a Pune date and no local crew. We are your Pune office for that job.
The event is internal and has to look internal. We plan and build it; the crew is introduced as yours.
Manpower, printing and rigging on a show date, built to your drawings.
A booking that wants decor, stage and sound. We supply it behind your name and your bill.
This is what decides whether a white label job survives the day it is delivered on.

The brief, the budget lines, the run of day and the crew list, worked against your client's requirement rather than a template.
Stage, backdrop, entrance and decor drawn to your brand guidelines. You get the visuals to present as your own.
Flex, vinyl, standees, welcome gates, badges and signage produced in house, so a late change is a reprint and not a new vendor.
Stage, truss, LED, sound and lighting rigged and run by our own crew, with our own kit where the venue allows it.
Supervisors, helpers, anchors and hostesses briefed in your name, in whatever the dress code is.
Photographs, the run sheet as delivered and the closing account, in a form you can forward straight to your client.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
The difference between white label work and ordinary subcontracting is who the client believes is running the event. That belief has to survive the whole job, so the arrangement is settled before anything is designed.
The client, the contract and the price. You send the brief; we send back an itemised scope. What you charge on top of it is your business and we never see it. If your client asks who is on site, the answer is your team — because on paper and on the day, they are.
An NDA if you want one, before the brief arrives. After that the working rules are short: we take no contact details for your client, we photograph nothing for our own use without your written say-so, and nothing from the job reaches our site or our Instagram unless you clear it. The work we do show is the work we were given permission to show.
Crew shirts, badges, vehicle passes and the run sheet carry your logo. Our own branding comes off any kit that would otherwise show it. Where a venue insists on a vendor name for a gate pass, it goes down as your company with us named as the crew supplier, which is all the venue actually needs.
You get the same itemised scope any client gets — decor, stage, sound, lights, printing, crew and transport, each on its own line — so you can price your client from it without guessing. There is no white label premium, and no volume discount until there is volume. Changes move lines rather than the total, so you know what a decision costs before you agree to it.
The date, the venue, the guest count and the brand guidelines. Then the thing that matters most: one person on your side who can make a decision. White label jobs go wrong when a question has to travel through three people to reach the client and back, and the answer lands after the truck has left. Our corporate event planning and stage and production pages set out the kit and crew this draws on.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
It means we plan and run the event and your company gets the credit. You hold the client and the contract; our planners, crew and production work under your brand. Nothing on site carries our name, and your client deals only with you.
Not unless you tell them. We take no contact details for your client, we do not approach them during or after the job, and our branding is off the kit and the crew. Anything that needs a vendor name at the venue goes down as your company.
Yes, and before the brief if you prefer. It covers the client's identity, the brief, the pricing and anything from the day. We also publish no photographs or video from a white label job without your written permission.
Planning, design, printing and production are ours — our planners, our design team, our printing and our production crew. Specialist hire such as LED walls, line-array sound and generators comes from the suppliers we use on our own events, and it appears as its own line in your scope.
The same way we price anything: an itemised scope with decor, stage, sound, lights, printing, crew and transport each on its own line. What you add on top before it reaches your client is yours, and we do not need to know it.
Yes. The crew travels across Maharashtra and beyond, and the company has run events in more than thirty cities. Outstation jobs carry travel, stay and transport as separate lines, so you can see exactly what the distance costs.
For a straightforward corporate setup, a couple of weeks is comfortable. For a wedding weekend, or anything with a built stage and printing, the earlier the better — printing and crew are the two things that cannot be compressed indefinitely. Send the date as soon as you have it, even if the brief is not final.
Yes. Some partners take only design and printing and run their own crew on the day. It works the other way round too: your drawings, our crew and kit. The scope is built from the lines you actually want.
