For weddings and large annual days, book two to four months ahead — the best venues and dates go first, especially from November to February. Corporate events and parties can usually be planned in two to four weeks.
Yes. Alongside large corporate events and weddings we plan birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries and private parties, including décor-only setups at home, in society clubhouses and at restaurants across Pune.
All of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad — including Kothrud, Baner, Hinjewadi, Wakad, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Koregaon Park, Hadapsar, Magarpatta and Sinhagad Road, where our office is. We also travel across Maharashtra for weddings, offsites and launches.
Yes. Corporate events are a large part of our work: conferences, dealer meets, award nights, annual days, offsites, product launches and brand activations, with stage, LED walls, sound, branding and a show caller who runs the programme to the minute.
We shortlist and book venues and handle the paperwork an event needs in Pune — venue approvals, police intimation where required and music licences — so nothing stops the show on the day. We also coordinate the caterer you choose, though we do not do the catering ourselves.
