No stock photography and no borrowed portfolio. These are rooms, lawns and mall atriums the Plan With YOLO crew built, lit and ran — sorted by the kind of event so you can find the one that looks like yours.
Most event companies show you the same stock images. These are ours: photographs taken on the days our crew was on site, in venues across Pune and outside it.
They are grouped by the kind of event, because that is how people look. If you are planning a haldi, the wedding stages are not much use to you — pick the category and you see only that.
Some of these are big productions with truss and moving lights. Some are a Ganesh setup in someone's front room. Both are in here, because both are the work.
Use the buttons to narrow it down. Tap a photograph to see it larger; the ones with a play button are short clips from the day.

A gallery is the easiest part of a website to fake, so it is worth knowing what to read in one.
A company that has really worked a venue has more than one photograph of it — the entrance, the stage, the room before the guests. A single perfect frame of a hall usually means the picture was bought, not taken.
Half-built stalls, a stage at 4pm with the lights still being focused, a lawn before the chairs go out. Those photographs exist only if someone was actually there doing the work.
Anyone can show a big wedding. A company that also shows a birthday corner at home, or a Ganesh setup in a front room, is telling you what it is willing to take on.
Pictures tell you what a team has done, not what it will do for you. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you will get an itemised scope — our wedding planning and corporate event pages set out what each covers.

Yes. Every photograph on this page was taken at an event Plan With YOLO set up and ran. There is no stock photography here and nothing borrowed from a supplier's portfolio.
Usually yes, and it will not be identical — the venue decides a lot of it. Send us the photograph you like along with your venue and date, and we will tell you what it would take there and what it would cost.
They range from a few thousand rupees for a birthday corner at home to several lakh for a built stage with truss and lighting. Cost follows the size of the build, the flowers, the lighting and the venue, so the only honest answer is an itemised scope for your own event.
Yes. The crew travels across Maharashtra and beyond, and the company has run events in more than thirty cities. Outstation work carries travel, stay and transport as separate lines so you can see what the distance costs.
Use the category buttons at the top of the album. If you want more than what is here — a specific venue, or a kind of setup you do not see — ask us on WhatsApp and we will send what we have.
