Hadapsar sits on the east side of Pune, where office buildings and large gated townships are neighbours. We plan, set up and run corporate events, society programmes and family celebrations here, with one planner from the first call to the wrap-up.
Hadapsar gives you two very different briefs within a few minutes of each other. The office side, around the Magarpatta business area, books town halls, annual days, festive celebrations, sales meets and family days for teams that work in the same few buildings. The residential side is made up of large gated townships and older colonies, and their community halls, amphitheatres, podiums and lawns carry Ganeshotsav, Navratri, annual society days, birthdays, baby showers and anniversary celebrations.
That mix changes how we plan. An office event is built around a working day, a security desk and a floor that has to be usable again the next morning. A township event is built around a managing committee, a booking slot, a service lift and a sound cut-off. We work to whichever set of rules applies, and often to both in the same week.
Distance is the third factor. Our office is in Anand Nagar, so a Hadapsar site visit means crossing the city, and the Solapur road decides how long that takes. We build load-in, crew call and guest arrival timings around that, not around a map.

A Hadapsar event is decided by three questions: is the venue an office, a society space or an open lawn, what month is it, and what will the road do that evening. Answer those and the rest of the plan falls into place.
Events held inside office buildings in Hadapsar have to fit a floor that is still in use. Security needs a crew list and ID proofs in advance, goods usually move through a service entry rather than the main lobby, and the lift you are given may only take small cases. So we break the setup into parts that fit a lift, do the noisy work before the floor fills or after it empties, and keep a clear plan for putting furniture back. Cafeterias and open floors make good venues, but they need a floor plan that keeps fire exits clear and does not block the pantry. For anything larger, a nearby lawn or banquet room is usually the better answer, and we shortlist those alongside the office option so you can compare.

Large gated townships run their common spaces on a booking system. The committee approves the date, the hours, where the stage can stand and how loud it can get, and outdoor sound normally has to stop by ten at night except on the festival nights when later timings are allowed. Ask for your slot in writing, and ask three more things while you are at it: which gate vehicles may use, whether the service lift can be blocked for an hour, and whether anything may be fixed to walls, railings or the false ceiling. Most societies say no to drilling, so we work with free-standing frames, weighted bases and tension supports, and we hand the space back swept the same night.
Guest parking is the question people forget. A large township keeps visitor parking well away from the tower you are celebrating in, and residents will not give up their own slots. For anything above fifty guests, ask the committee where visitors may park, tell your guests in the invitation, and keep one lane free for the caterer and for anyone arriving with elders or a pram.
The Solapur road and the approaches to the business area are slow through the morning and evening office rush, and a truck that leaves late can cost you an hour. We schedule material to arrive early in the morning or in the middle of the day, keep the crew on site through the afternoon rather than sending them back and forth, and set guest arrival after the worst of the evening flow. From June to September, open lawns and amphitheatres need covers, matting and a covered path from the parking, plus a hall held as a backup. Yes, Hadapsar is part of our regular Pune working area, along with the business pockets and townships around it and neighbouring areas such as Wagholi and Undri. There is no outstation travel or crew stay to pay for. We visit your office, society or venue as often as the plan needs, and the same planner stays with you throughout.

The drive from our Sinhagad Road office crosses the city, so we plan around it: material arrives early or mid-morning, the crew stays on site through setup, and nobody is stuck in the evening rush with your stage in a truck.

We present the plan to your managing committee, take the booking slot in writing, keep sound within permitted hours and use free-standing structures so nothing is drilled into walls or ceilings. The space is cleared and swept the same night.
Yes. We set up town halls, festive days, sales meets and celebrations inside working offices. Give us the security process, the service entry and lift details, and the hours we may work. We build the setup in sections that fit the lift, do noisy work outside busy hours, and leave the floor ready for the next working day.
Book six to eight weeks ahead for an annual day, family day or large society festival, and three to four weeks for a birthday, baby shower or small office event. Festival dates and the November to January wedding season fill early, so start sooner for those. Short-notice events are possible, but venue and décor choices narrow.
Yes. We prepare the plan your managing committee or facilities team needs to approve: layout, stage position, sound timings, crew list, vehicle entry and clean-up. For office buildings we work with facilities and security on passes and goods entry. You stay in the loop, but you are not the one chasing approvals.
