Viman Nagar celebrates in smaller rooms than the rest of the city: a restaurant's private section, a clubhouse, a well-kept apartment. We plan, set up and run those gatherings, from the guest count to the gate pass.
The events here are usually smaller than the ones a few kilometres away, and the expectation on finish is higher. A milestone birthday for thirty, an anniversary dinner for a family and a few friends, a team get-together after a good quarter, an engagement party in a private restaurant section, a farewell for someone leaving the city. Guests are used to good rooms, so the difference between a nice evening and a memorable one is in detail, not scale.
The spaces follow from that. Apartment living rooms and balconies, society clubhouses and party rooms, hotel-style meeting rooms, restaurant sections and terraces do most of the work. All of them are managed spaces with a desk, a supervisor and a rulebook, which is good news: the rules are written down and can be met in advance.
Sitting on the airport side changes the guest list too. Families here often have someone arriving from another city on the day itself, and colleagues visiting for a week. We build arrival time, and a little slack for a late landing, into the run of the evening rather than pretending everyone is already in Pune.
These are the parts we plan, set up and run for gatherings across Viman Nagar.

Backdrops, table styling, floral corners and photo points scaled so a room feels dressed, not crowded.
Warm lighting, uplights and candle-style corners that flatter a room where every guest sees everything.
Crew lists, ID details and vehicle passes submitted to the society or venue desk ahead of setup day.
Private restaurant sections, clubhouse rooms, terraces and meeting rooms matched to your number and mood.
A simple run of the evening so the cake, the speech and the meal happen in the right order.
Setups planned inside short access windows and cleared without noise when the evening ends.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Thirtieth, fiftieth and similar evenings with styled tables, lighting and a photo corner.
Intimate setups at home or in a private section, with floral and warm-light décor.
Small company evenings with a short programme, music and a branded photo point.
Ring-ceremony setups for a close guest list, with a backdrop and family seating.
Clubhouse or apartment parties with a theme, games and a compact play area.
Daytime gatherings with a soft décor corner, comfortable seating and space for photos.
Send-offs for families or colleagues moving cities, kept warm and simple.

The single most useful thing you can do before planning a gathering here is to settle how many people are actually coming. In small rooms the guest count decides everything, and a number that moves by fifteen changes the venue, not just the seating.
Use this as a first filter, then look at pictures.
| Guests | Spaces that work | Check before you confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Up to fifteen | Apartment living room, balcony, a reserved table section | Lift access, neighbours, how late you may run |
| Fifteen to forty | Clubhouse party room, private restaurant section | Minimum spend rules, furniture you may move |
| Forty to eighty | Larger clubhouse hall, terrace, small banquet room | Weather cover, sound cut-off, guest parking |
| Eighty to a hundred and fifty | Banquet room, restaurant taken exclusively | Access hours for setup, rigging and fixing rules |
| Above that | A hall outside the neighbourhood | Travel time for guests and where vehicles go |
Nearly every venue here is a managed one, and the person who really controls your setup is at a desk. Societies want a crew list with ID details, a vehicle number and often the committee's written approval before anyone is allowed up. Restaurants want to know exactly what time you will arrive, because the room may be serving until an hour before your event. Meeting rooms in managed buildings want passes issued in advance. None of this is difficult, but all of it takes a day or two, so we ask for names and numbers early and send the paperwork in rather than arriving with a van and an argument. Ask one more question while you are at it: whether anything may be fixed to walls or ceilings. The usual answer is no, and free-standing frames solve it.
Booking a private section is the most common choice here and the one with the most fine print. The furniture is often fixed, the lighting is set for dining rather than for a stage, the music may be tied to the house system, and your access window can be as short as an hour. That is workable, but the design has to be made for it: table-level styling, a light backdrop behind one wall, a photo corner near the entrance and nothing that needs rigging. Confirm whether outside cake, flowers and a sound source are allowed, and what happens to your décor at the end of the night. If the section is shared with other diners rather than closed off, ask how it will be screened, because strangers at the next table change how loud and how relaxed the evening can be.
Evening parking is the one thing guests remember badly. Basements fill early, visitor slots in societies are few, and a guest circling the block for fifteen minutes walks in flustered. Ask the venue how many slots are genuinely held for you, whether valet runs that evening, and where the overflow goes. Then write it in the invitation with the correct gate or tower name. Guests arriving from out of town should also be told which side of the neighbourhood to head for, because from the airport side several roads look alike. Small gatherings are a large part of what we do here. A thirty-guest birthday or an anniversary dinner at home gets the same planner, the same site visit and the same written proposal as a bigger event. The scale changes the amount of material, not the care, and Viman Nagar sits inside our regular working area with no travel charge.
We send the paperwork ahead of the day. That means a crew list with names and ID details, the vehicle number, the setup and exit times, and whatever approval format your committee or building desk uses. Give us the contact at the desk a few days in advance, and the crew walks in on time instead of waiting at the gate.
Yes, and it is common here. We need three things from the venue: the exact access time, whether the furniture may be moved, and what may not be fixed to walls or ceilings. The design is then built around fixed seating and house lighting, with table styling, a backdrop and a photo corner, and everything is removed the same night.
Yes, with a workable window. We need a stretch of time when the person is genuinely away and someone on the inside who can let the crew in. Setups for a surprise are built to go up quickly, with the noisy part first. Tell us the honest time you can give us and we will design to it rather than promise a miracle.
We build a little slack into the evening. The cake, the speech or any formal moment is placed after the last expected arrival rather than at a fixed hour, and the earlier part of the evening is kept relaxed so nobody misses anything important. Share flight timings when you brief us and the run of the evening is drawn around them.
Three to four weeks is comfortable for most gatherings here, and six weeks if you want a particular restaurant section or clubhouse date. Weekend evenings and the December weeks fill first. A simple home setup can be arranged at shorter notice, though fresh flowers and specific props need a few days to confirm.
