Ravet is recent high-rise where the expressway meets PCMC, by the river. Good clubhouses, party lawns inside the gates, and genuinely easy access for a vehicle.
Ravet filled in over the last decade at the point where the expressway meets PCMC, along the river. It is almost entirely new high-rise, which means modern clubhouses, party lawns inside the gates, proper service lifts, and — unusually for Pune — roads wide enough that a truck arrives without an hour of crawling.
The residents are mostly young working families, so the calendar is the one that comes with that: housewarmings in a new flat, naming ceremonies, first birthdays, baby showers, society annual days, Ganpati and a new-year night. Small, frequent, indoors, and nearly all of it inside a gated development.
The administrative side is where the effort goes. New developments come with managed-property rules plus whatever the committee has added, and the list is generally longer than in a forty-year-old society. Hours, deposit, what may be fixed to a wall, helium, which lift a crew may use. We ask for it before designing.
Clubhouse, party lawn or flat — whichever your society gives you.
Hall booking, deposit, written notice and the managed-property list, sorted before anything is drawn.
Panels sized to the service lift, or joined on the landing, so nothing has to be carried up whole.
Built low and safe — no sharp edges, nothing freestanding a toddler can pull over, no cable across a play area.
Vastu shanti, griha pravesh, naming days and pujas, with the layout agreed with the family or the priest.
Power, lighting and cover brought in for an outdoor evening inside the gate.
Frames down, waste carried away with us, clubhouse and lobby handed back as we found them.
Vastu shanti and griha pravesh in a new flat, which is most of what happens here.
Clubhouse or flat setups, built low and safe, with a photo corner out of the walkway.
Morning functions at home, set up and struck before lunch.
Dohale jevan and baby-shower setups, usually daytime and in the clubhouse.
A stage, sound and a children's programme for the whole building.
Ten days of decoration, a daily aarti and an immersion to plan for.
Clubhouse parties with sound and light, finishing at the permitted hour.
Outdoor evenings inside the gate, with power and lighting brought in.
New buildings are easier to work in than old ones in every physical way and harder in one administrative way.
Developers hand buildings over with managed-property rules attached and committees add to them. Nails, adhesive, drilling, helium, open flame, height limits, deposit, hours, and which lift a crew may use. Ask for the list before approving a design.
New lifts are usually generous and occasionally not. Two minutes with a tape and a photo, and it is the difference between a backdrop that goes up whole and one that goes up the stairs.
Setup, flowers, seating and the priest's arrangement all have to be finished before it, not around it. That usually means an earlier start than people expect, and we say so when quoting.
Vitrified flooring scratches and new skirting marks. Sheeting under everything, pads under frame feet, nothing dragged. This is the family's new home and the deposit is the least of it.
A crew in the passenger lift at nine in the morning is a complaint before the function has started. A word in advance costs nothing.
The listings for Ravet are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
Compare the breakdown rather than the total, check the crew is theirs and not hired in, and ask what they have already done in Ravet. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, and it is most of the work here. We need the booking hours, the deposit terms and the society's rule list before designing — new buildings have longer lists than old ones, and they change the build.
Yes, and in Ravet they are among the most common functions we are called for. The layout is agreed with the family or the priest, the morning is planned backwards from the muhurat, and the flat is sheeted properly because it is new.
A lot of them. Built low and child-safe — nothing sharp, nothing that can be pulled over, no trailing cable through a play area — with the photo corner out of the walkway.
Yes, genuinely. The roads are new and wide and the expressway is close, so a vehicle arrives without the crawl an older area costs. On a larger build that shows up as fewer crew hours.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Two weeks for a home ceremony, though the muhurat date is usually known much earlier. Three to four weeks for a clubhouse function, and six to eight for a party-lawn wedding.
Nobody awards that title, so it comes down to which team fits the event you are actually running. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles housewarmings, first birthdays and naming ceremonies in Ravet. The same crew covers Punawale and Kiwale. Ask which parts are handled in house and which are being passed to a third party.
Look for a team that has already worked in Ravet, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Ravet with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Ravet are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
