Timing the road
Arrival and dismantle planned around the peak, because an hour each way lands on your bill either way.

NIBM Road climbs through some of the newer high-rise in south-east Pune. Good clubhouses, party lawns inside the gates, banquet space — and a road that is congested most of the day.
NIBM Road and the lanes off it hold a lot of newer high-rise housing, and with it some of the better private venues in south-east Pune: modern clubhouses, party lawns inside gated developments, and banquet space built this decade. For a family function the options here are genuinely good.
The road itself is the constraint. It is a single climbing route carrying a large and growing population, and at peak it does not move. Load-in and dismantle are timed around that and stated in the quotation, because crew sitting in traffic is crew you are paying for either way.
The buildings are organised and the rule lists are long — new societies and managed properties generally have more conditions than old ones, not fewer. Hours, deposit, what may be fixed to a wall, whether helium is allowed, which lift may be used. We ask for the list before designing, because every item on it can change the build.
Clubhouses, party lawns and the banquet venues along the road.
Arrival and dismantle planned around the peak, because an hour each way lands on your bill either way.
Hall booking, deposit, written notice and the managed-property list, sorted before anything is drawn.
Panels sized to the service lift, or joined on the landing, so nothing has to be carried up whole.
Power, lighting and cover brought in for an outdoor evening inside the gate.
Entry, seating, the food route and the exit planned for the headcount rather than improvised at the door.
Frames down, waste carried away with us, clubhouse and lobby handed back as we found them.
Evening receptions in the newer halls, built and struck inside the session.
Outdoor functions inside gated developments, with power and lighting brought in.
Society annual days, new-year nights and birthdays inside the towers.
Clubhouse and flat setups, built low and safe.
Morning functions at home, set up and struck before lunch.
Ten days of decoration, a daily aarti and an immersion to plan for.
Thirtieth, fortieth and sixtieth functions, sized to the clubhouse or a banquet.
Vastu shanti and griha pravesh in a new flat, set up and struck in a morning.
The venues here need no defending. The road does need planning for.
At peak this road costs an hour in each direction. Our arrival and dismantle hours are set around that and stated in the quotation, which is usually earlier and later than people expect.
New societies and managed properties have more conditions than old buildings: nails, adhesive, drilling, helium, open flame, height, deposit, hours, and which lift a crew may use. Read it before approving a design.
Depth, width and door height, with a photo and a tape. That number decides whether the backdrop goes up whole, in sections, or up the stairs — and the stairs cost crew and an hour.
A lawn inside a gated development rarely has event-grade power. Generator sized to the whole load with reserve, cabling covered, and lighting that covers the walk and not just the stage.
A full banquet empties onto a road that is already busy. Where cars wait, where guests stand and who directs them is worth more than another metre of floral.
Nobody ranks planners on how their events went. What the results rank is visibility, which is why the shortlist matters more than the order it arrives in.
A team that has worked NIBM Road knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, and it is most of the work here. We need the booking hours, the deposit terms and the society's rule list before designing — new buildings have longer lists than old ones, and they change the build.
Because NIBM Road is congested for most of the day and at peak it costs an hour each way. We set the arrival and dismantle hours around it and state them, rather than billing you for the difference.
Yes. A lawn inside a gated development rarely has event-grade power, so the generator, cabling and lighting are brought in and quoted as their own lines.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Whatever your society says, and most here say ten or eleven. Loudspeakers are in any case not permitted anywhere in Pune between ten at night and six in the morning except on the days the state exempts.
Three to four weeks for a clubhouse or banquet function. Six to eight for a party-lawn wedding, because the power, lighting and cover all have to be arranged.
Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles banquet receptions, party-lawn weddings and clubhouse functions in NIBM Road. The same crew covers Kondhwa and Undri. Ask to see work from the same kind of event, not a showreel of somebody else's.
Look for a team that has already worked in NIBM Road, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to NIBM Road with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in NIBM Road are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
