Bhosari is an industrial estate wrapped around an old settlement, and both hold events. One wants gate passes and a vendor meet; the other wants a public Ganpati and a wedding the whole lane attends.
Bhosari is one of the largest industrial estates in the region, and the companies in it keep the kind of calendar that comes with manufacturing: supplier and vendor meets, new line inaugurations, safety programmes, long-service awards, employee family days. That work means gate passes, inductions, a safety officer walking the layout with us, and a build planned around a plant that is still running.
A kilometre away is the older settlement Bhosari grew out of, and the calendar there is completely different. Public Ganpati with a real mandap and a procession. Weddings where the guest list is the lane. Community functions on whatever open space the area has. The constraint there is not paperwork, it is width — the lanes are narrow, the crowd is large, and a vehicle that cannot turn has to be unloaded further away and carried in.
Both are ordinary work. What is not ordinary is pretending they are the same job, which is how a company meet ends up looking like a village function and a community mandap ends up too small for the crowd it draws.
Inside the estate, or in the lanes around it.
Crew list, ID, vehicle numbers and gate passes before the day, and the safety induction done without fuss.
Display, screens, seating and dinner in one evening, built to a timed schedule the company can hold.
Bhoomi pujan, ribbon and plaque, with the company's own photograph planned for before the décor.
Mandap, decoration, lighting, daily aarti arrangements and the immersion procession planned with the mandal.
Unloading point, carry distance and crew sized for it, agreed before the day rather than discovered on it.
Backdrops, banners, standees and certificates made in our own unit, so they never arrive late.
Presentations, display and dinner for a room that came to hear numbers.
Bhoomi pujan, ribbon cutting and the plaque photograph.
Games, counters, stage and prizes for a crowd that arrives when a shift ends.
Demonstrations, displays and a closing function across several days.
Ten days of mandap, decoration and aarti, with a procession at the end.
Large guest lists in tight lanes, where flow matters more than the stage.
Open-space nights with flooring, lighting and sound.
Annual days, birthdays and receptions in the buildings and halls nearby.
The old part of Bhosari draws bigger crowds into smaller spaces than almost anywhere we work. That is a planning problem, not a decoration one.
Width, the turn at the end, and whether there is anywhere to stop at all. A tempo that cannot reach the site means material is unloaded further out and carried, which is more crew and more hours. Better known at the quotation than discovered on the morning.
A public Ganpati pulls far more people than the mandal expects in its first year, and an undersized mandap pushes the overflow into a live road. Build for the realistic peak and leave standing room in front of it.
Not for convenience — for an ambulance or a fire tender. A function that completely blocks a lane is the one that gets shut down, and rightly. We plan the layout with a clear route through and hold it with marshals when the crowd is heavy.
Route, start time, where the trolley turns, where the sound travels with it, and who is at the front. That is settled with the mandal weeks before, and the police intimation goes in at the same time.
A night function in old lanes empties into unlit streets. A few lights along the main route out costs very little and is the thing older guests remember.
Nobody ranks planners on how their events went. What the results rank is visibility, which is why the shortlist matters more than the order it arrives in.
A team that has worked Bhosari knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes. We send the crew list, ID and vehicle details in advance for gate passes, do the safety induction, and walk the layout with your safety officer before anything is drawn. Build is planned around production rather than stopping it.
Yes, working with the mandal. It is quoted as a ten-day package — the structure and decoration go up once, and the daily aarti arrangements, the reset and the immersion are what repeat. Police intimation for the procession goes in early and we prepare the paperwork.
It is a cost, not a problem, and it is one we would rather price honestly than discover on the day. Tell us the lane and we will tell you where the vehicle stops and how much carrying that adds.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Yes, and the honest advice is that flow decides that evening, not décor. Entry, seating, where the food queue forms and where people stand when the hall is full are planned first, and they are what make a big community wedding feel organised.
For an estate event, six to eight weeks, mostly for approvals and gate passes. For a public Ganpati, start before the season — the good mandap dates go months ahead. For a wedding or a hall function, three to four weeks.
Search results do not rank planners by quality, so the label is only ever someone's opinion. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles supplier and vendor meets, line and shed inaugurations and employee family days in Bhosari. The same crew covers Chinchwad and Moshi. Ask who is on site on the day and who answers the phone if something slips.
Start with teams that already work in Bhosari — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Bhosari with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Bhosari are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
