Pimpri-Chinchwad is part of our everyday Pune area, not an out-of-town trip. We plan, set up and run corporate, society and family events across PCMC, with one planner and no outstation crew stay to pay for.

Our office is in Anand Nagar, off Sinhagad Road, and Pimpri-Chinchwad is part of the everyday area we work across. A PCMC event is planned like any other Pune event: no outstation trip, no crew stay to add, and as many venue visits as the plan needs.
PCMC has its own mix. The auto and engineering belt at Chakan, Bhosari and Talegaon holds plant annual days, safety weeks and family days. The IT parks at Hinjewadi hold town halls, festive days and team events. Housing societies in Wakad, Ravet and Moshi celebrate Ganeshotsav, Navratri and annual days, and families book lawns and banquets across Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi and Akurdi for weddings and birthdays.
Distance inside the city still matters. The drive from our office to the far side of PCMC can take over an hour at peak times, so we plan load-in and crew call times around highway and MIDC traffic, the same way we would for any venue across Pune.
Evening programmes on plant grounds or nearby lawns, planned around shift changes.
Opening ceremonies, safety displays, quizzes and award functions for plant teams.
Daytime events for employees and families with games, food stalls and a kids' zone.
Stage, screens, Q&A mics and live-stream support for large internal meetings.
Business sessions and evening dinners for auto and engineering suppliers and dealers.
Ganeshotsav, Navratri and annual days for large housing societies, with committee approvals.
Clubhouse and banquet birthdays with theme décor, games and an anchor.
Lawn and banquet weddings, from haldi to reception, with a rain backup.
These are the parts we plan, set up and run for events across Pimpri-Chinchwad.
Crew lists, ID proofs, vehicle passes and safety induction handled with your HR and security teams before setup day.
Stage, performances, award flow and family seating for plant or office annual days, run to a tight run-sheet.
Lawns, banquets, clubhouses and plant grounds matched to headcount, shift timings and parking for buses.
Ganeshotsav, Navratri and Diwali décor, stages and lighting for society common areas and open grounds.
Stage, LED walls, lighting and sound sized for grounds, halls and campus spaces, with a technical rehearsal.
Welcome gates, backdrops, safety week banners and stage graphics made to your brand guidelines.

Events in Pimpri-Chinchwad go well when they are planned around shift timings, highway traffic and society rules. Get those three right and the venue and décor choices become simple.
Manufacturing plants run in shifts, so an annual day or family day has to fit between them. Evening events usually start after the general shift ends, and buses for employees and families need pick-up points spread across the city. Share your shift chart, headcount by location and bus routes early, and we plan timings and parking around them. Plant grounds also need gate passes, vehicle lists and a safety briefing for our crew, so we submit those a week before setup.
The old Mumbai–Pune highway, the Mumbai–Bengaluru bypass and the roads into the MIDC areas are busy at shift changes and office hours. We schedule load-in for early mornings, keep trucks off the roads at peak times and pick venues close to where most guests live or work. For IT park events, a venue within walking distance of the office often beats a better-looking hall half an hour away.
Large housing societies have committees that approve dates, sound, stage placement and the use of common areas. Outdoor loudspeakers normally have to stop by 10 pm, except on the few festival nights when later timings are allowed. We present the plan to your committee, point speakers away from flats and plan a clean-up so the podium or ground is handed back the same night. For birthdays and small family events in clubhouses, the same rules apply on a smaller scale: check the booking hours, the rules on fixing décor to walls and ceilings, and whether outside caterers are allowed.
Pune's monsoon runs from June to September, and open grounds in PCMC turn muddy quickly. For those months we plan covered structures, matting and a covered path from parking, and keep a hall as a backup. Evening events in the rain also need extra lighting on paths and a place at the entry for wet umbrellas and footwear. See how we run annual days, team building events and corporate events across Pune.

Yes. Pimpri-Chinchwad is part of our everyday Pune working area, so a PCMC event is planned exactly like any other Pune event. There is no outstation travel or crew stay to add. We visit your venue, plant or society as often as the plan needs, and the same planner stays with you from the first call to the wrap-up.
The cost of event management in Pimpri-Chinchwad depends on headcount, venue, stage and AV, décor and how many hours the event runs. A society Ganeshotsav programme costs very differently from a plant annual day with an LED stage and buses for families. Because PCMC is within our Pune area, there is no outstation stay. Yes, we manage annual days, safety weeks and family days inside plants and on plant grounds across PCMC. We work with your HR and safety teams on gate passes, vehicle lists and crew safety briefings, and plan timings around your shifts. After the event, the crew clears the area fully so the plant is ready for the next shift.
Yes, we plan Ganeshotsav, Navratri and annual days for housing societies across PCMC. We cover stage, sound, lighting, décor and crowd flow, present the plan to your committee for approval and keep sound within permitted timings. Festival dates are fixed, so book at least six to eight weeks ahead to secure sound and lighting.
Book six to eight weeks ahead for a plant annual day or large society festival, and three to four weeks for a birthday or small corporate event. Between November and February, lawns and banquets across Pune get busy with weddings, so book earlier in that window. Short-notice events are possible, but venue and décor choices narrow.
