The failures repeat. They are seasonal and they are avoidable.
The Ganpati budget argued in August
A mandap, a stage, lighting, sound, the aarti arrangements and ten days of running costs cannot be priced in the week before Chaturthi, and a committee that tries ends up paying festival rates. Fix the calendar and the budget in April, when crews are free and quoting against each other.
Sound after ten
In a residential area the Noise Pollution Rules put the daytime limit at 55 dB and the night limit at 45 dB, and loudspeakers are not permitted between 10 pm and 6 am at all. The state notifies a small number of exempted nights each year, and that is the whole allowance. Plan the garba and the New Year party around that, with a sound system aimed inward rather than across the compound, and the complaint never reaches the police station.
Load-in through a lift
Trusses, LED panels and a two-metre backdrop frame do not fit a passenger lift, and a podium ramp will not take a tempo. Where the stage lands is a decision about access, not about looks. See stage and production for how that is sized.
The clubhouse nobody inspected
A hall handed over without a signed condition checklist is a hall the committee pays to repair. A refundable deposit only works if somebody wrote down the state of the floor, the chairs and the washroom before the function.
Three vendors, one invoice each, no comparison
Most society contracts are renewed because renewing is easier than tendering. Scope them identically, ask for the same line items, and the difference between the cheapest and the costliest quote usually funds the annual gathering.

Top rated event companies in Pune: what separates them
Most people start here with a search rather than a recommendation, and the first results are the ones paying for the position or carrying the most reviews. Neither tells you whether a team has set up in a hall like yours.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Pune before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
