Narhe has education campuses, industrial units and open ground, all within reach of the highway. It means big student programmes and builds from scratch, with access that is genuinely easy.
Narhe sits where the Katraj bypass and the Mumbai–Bengaluru highway meet residential Pune, and it has three things that each generate events: education campuses, industrial units, and land that has not been built on yet.
The campus work is annual days, cultural programmes, convocations, farewells and technical festivals — large young audiences, programmes with a dozen items, and a stage that has to take a group dance rather than a speaker. The industrial work is inaugurations, vendor meets, safety programmes and employee family days, with gate passes and a safety induction.
The open ground is the third, and it is why a big wedding here is often built rather than booked. The highway makes that practical: a truck arrives without an hour of crawling, which on a large build shows up directly as fewer crew hours. The thing to plan around is the hour, not the distance — unloading onto a service road at peak is slower than doing the whole build at six in the morning.
Campus programmes, company functions and builds on bare ground.
Decked and braced for dance and group items, with safe edges and height set for the back of the hall.
Front-of-house and stage monitors on separate mixes, radio mics with spares, lighting cued to the programme.
A generator sized to stage, lights and kitchen together, with reserve, and every run covered or buried.
Crew list, ID, vehicle numbers and gate passes before the day, and the safety induction done.
A cue sheet, a stage manager and a backstage queue, so a long evening does not run an hour over.
Backdrops, standees, certificates and badges made in our own unit, so they never become the late item.
Multi-item cultural programmes with a stage, monitors and a running order that holds.
Multi-day student events with stalls, registration, signage and power.
Processions, certificates, photography and family seating, run in order.
A full build on bare land — structure, floor, power, light and mandap.
Bhoomi pujan, ribbon cutting and the plaque photograph at working premises.
Presentations, display and dinner in one evening, run to a schedule.
Games, counters, stage and prizes for a crowd that arrives when a shift ends.
Annual days, Ganpati and Navratri in the buildings nearby.
Narhe is one of the few places in Pune where logistics are on your side, and the mistake is not using that.
A frame bolted together in the workshop goes up in a quarter of the time. Where a truck can actually reach the site, more can be brought complete in one trip — which is a real saving on a large build and we price it that way.
The highway is an advantage at seven in the morning and a liability at seven in the evening. We state the arrival hour in the quotation, and it is usually earlier than people expect.
A group dance loads decking far harder than a speech. We size and brace for the heaviest item on the list, so the item list has to exist before the build is quoted.
Levelling, flooring, a generator with headroom, cabling, tower lights, water. None of it shows in a photograph and all of it decides whether the evening works.
Crew names, ID numbers and vehicle numbers, two weeks out. A crew standing at the gate is a build that starts three hours late.
The listings for Narhe are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
Compare the breakdown rather than the total, check the crew is theirs and not hired in, and ask what they have already done in Narhe. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes. We build the stage for the heaviest item on the list, put stage monitors on their own mix, run a backstage queue and keep the programme to a printed cue sheet. Send the item list at the quotation stage, because it decides the stage and not just the price.
Yes, and for a large guest list it is often the better answer. It is quoted in two halves — infrastructure, then the event — because the first makes the second possible and it is the half people forget to budget for.
Yes. We send the crew list, ID and vehicle details in advance for gate passes, do the safety induction, and walk the layout with your safety officer before anything is drawn.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Usually earlier than expected, because the highway decides it. For an evening event we prefer an early-morning load-in rather than unloading onto a service road in traffic, and we state the hour in the quotation.
For a campus programme, four to six weeks. For an open-ground build, six to eight. For a society function, three.
Search results do not rank planners by quality, so the label is only ever someone's opinion. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles college annual days, technical festivals and convocations in Narhe. The same crew covers Dhayari and Dhankawadi. Ask each name you shortlist for an itemised scope rather than one figure, and compare the same lines.
Start with teams that already work in Narhe — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Narhe with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Narhe are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
