Power from scratch
A generator sized to stage, lights and kitchen together, with reserve, and every run covered or buried.

Manjri is riverside land on the eastern edge — farmhouses, open plots and an old village core. Space is what it has, and services are what it does not.
Manjri sits along the river beyond Hadapsar, and it is still mostly open — farmhouses, agricultural land, plots, and an old village core with its own lanes. For anyone who needs room, it offers more of it than anywhere closer in and at a fraction of a city venue's cost.
The trade is services. Power on most plots is limited or absent, water has to be arranged, washrooms usually have to be brought, and lighting is entirely yours to supply. A function here is built from nothing. That is ordinary work and it has to be quoted honestly, which is infrastructure first and event second.
The village core is the other half: community weddings where the guest list is the lane, a public Ganpati with a procession, and festival programmes. Lanes there are narrow and a vehicle often cannot reach the house, so material is unloaded where it can stop and carried in — real crew hours rather than a rounding error.
A build from nothing, on a plot or in the village lanes.
A generator sized to stage, lights and kitchen together, with reserve, and every run covered or buried.
A covered span, levelling, matting and a firm floor under seating, dining and the stage.
Tower lights on the approach, the parking and the washroom path, not just a bright stage and a dark walk.
Water brought for the caterer and the guests, and portable washrooms placed and serviced.
Where a vehicle can reach and turn, how far material is carried, and where guests leave their cars.
Frames out, cabling lifted, pegs pulled, waste taken away with us rather than left on the land.
A full build on bare land — structure, floor, power, light and mandap.
Private functions at the farmhouses along the river.
Village-core functions where the guest list is the whole lane.
Ten days of mandap, decoration and aarti, with a procession at the end.
Daytime team events with shade, seating, food counters and activities.
Evening functions under a structure, where the lighting does most of the work.
Location setups for photography, with props, seating and power.
Daytime family functions, set up and struck in one morning.
Open land is the cheapest venue available and the most expensive to under-plan.
Most plots here have little or none. A generator with headroom, water for the caterer and the guests, and serviced portable washrooms are not extras — they are the event. A quotation without them is incomplete.
Riverside land holds water and the approach softens in the monsoon. November to February is excellent, the shoulder months are fine with a properly built floor, and the monsoon needs a very good reason. We will say so plainly.
Out here the car park is a field and the walk from it is genuinely dark. Tower lights along that route are the cheapest line on the quotation and the one guests mention.
A map pin is not enough out here. Written directions with landmarks, sent early, and a person at the turning for a large guest list, stops half your guests arriving late.
Pegs, cabling, cable covers and waste, out with us. On farmland and near the river that is not optional, and "someone will come tomorrow" is how goodwill is lost.
That search returns whoever advertises hardest in Manjri, not whoever runs the better event. It is a starting list, and the sorting is still yours to do.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Manjri before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Usually very little and often none. We bring a generator sized to the whole load — stage, lights and the caterer together — with reserve, quoted as its own line so you can see what it costs.
Yes, and out here it is the normal job. It is quoted in two halves — infrastructure, then the event — because the first is what makes the second possible and it is the half people forget to budget for.
We would advise against it and we will say so plainly. Riverside land holds water and the approach softens. November to February is excellent; the shoulder months work with a properly built floor.
Yes, both, as separate lines — portable washrooms placed and serviced, and water for the caterer and the guests. On a site with no facilities these are part of the event rather than extras.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill. Out here we do plan their power and water.
Six to eight weeks at least for an open-ground build. Three to four weeks for a function in the village lanes. For a public Ganpati, before the season.
Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles open-ground weddings, farmhouse functions and community weddings in Manjri. The same crew covers Hadapsar and Keshav Nagar. Ask to see work from the same kind of event, not a showreel of somebody else's.
Look for a team that has already worked in Manjri, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Manjri with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Manjri are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
