Hall weddings
Functions in the halls here, built and struck inside the booked session.

Sangvi is dense mid-rise housing along the river with a working high street through it. The functions are frequent, family-sized and almost always in a hall or a society — and the bridge decides when we arrive.
Sangvi sits between the river and the old Aundh road, and it filled in steadily rather than all at once. The result is dense mid-rise housing, a genuine high street, and a good supply of halls — which is why a lot of families from across this side of the city end up holding their wedding or reception here rather than at home.
The calendar is the ordinary one and it is busy: hall weddings and receptions, society annual days, Ganpati, Navratri, naming ceremonies, satyanarayan pujas and birthdays. Nearly all of it indoors, nearly all of it on a booked slot, and nearly all of it judged by people who attend four or five such functions a year.
The constraint is the crossing. Traffic in and out of Sangvi funnels through a small number of points, and at the wrong hour that turns a twenty-minute run into an hour. We time the load-in and the dismantle around it and say the hours in the quotation, because crew sitting in traffic is crew you are paying for.
Functions in the halls here, built and struck inside the booked session.
Evening functions with a stage, entrance and seating sized to the hall.
A stage, sound and a children's programme for the whole building.
Ten days of decoration, a daily aarti and an immersion to plan for.
Nine nights in the compound or on open ground, with flooring, lighting and sound.
Altar, seating and prasad counter, with the layout agreed with the family.
Morning functions in a flat or a hall, set up and struck before lunch.
Children's and milestone birthdays, in a clubhouse or at home.
Halls, society clubhouses and the open ground by the river.
Built to the hall's height and your booked session, in sections that go up and come down fast.
Entry hour, sound-check hour and exit hour agreed with the hall, and the build sequenced to fit them.
Sized to the room rather than the budget, set for a residential area and off at the permitted hour.
Entry, seating, the food route and the exit planned for the headcount rather than improvised at the door.
Pujas, naming days, annual days and Ganpati, built to the family's or the committee's requirements.
Frames down, waste carried away with us, hall handed back the way we found it.
The halls here are the reason people come, and the hall is also what sets every other constraint.
When you may enter, when sound check must be done, when you must be out. Every honest quotation is built on those numbers, and a build designed for a full day cannot be done in four hours unless it was designed to be.
Nails, adhesive on panelling, open flame, a height limit, a deposit against damage. These vary hall to hall and they decide whether a design is buildable. We ask before drawing, not after you have approved it.
Getting in and out of Sangvi narrows to a few points, and at peak it costs an hour each way. Our arrival and dismantle hours are set around that and stated upfront, because that time is on your bill either way.
At three hundred guests what people remember is whether they could get in, sit, reach the food and leave. Entry points, queue space and the route to the counters matter more than another metre of floral.
Sheeting under everything, pads under frame feet, nothing dragged. Twenty minutes of work that pays for itself every time.
That search returns whoever advertises hardest in Sangvi, not whoever runs the better event. It is a starting list, and the sorting is still yours to do.
A team that has worked Sangvi knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, and it is most of the work in Sangvi. We need the entry, sound-check and exit hours in writing, plus the hall's list of what is not allowed, because both change the build and the manpower.
Because traffic in and out of Sangvi funnels through a few crossings, and at the wrong hour that is an extra hour each way of crew sitting still. We set the hours around it and state them, rather than billing you for the difference.
Yes, quoted as a package rather than per night — the structure, flooring and lighting go up once, and the crew, the sound and the daily reset are what repeat.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Whatever the hall or your society says, and most here say ten. Loudspeakers are in any case not permitted anywhere in Pune or PCMC between ten at night and six in the morning except on the days the state exempts.
The hall first, as early as it will take you in the season. The decoration needs three to four weeks; two is possible for a small function.
It is worth treating that search as a shortlist, not an answer — no one certifies a best. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles hall weddings, receptions and society annual days in Sangvi. The same crew covers Pimple Saudagar and Aundh. Ask who is on site on the day and who answers the phone if something slips.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Sangvi before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Sangvi with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Sangvi are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
