Chinchwad works to an industrial calendar — inaugurations, vendor meets, safety week, family day, long-service awards. We set those up, and the weddings and society functions that happen around them.
Chinchwad is one of the oldest industrial townships in the state, and the events here reflect that rather than the wedding season. The regular work is company work: a new line or shed being inaugurated, a vendor or dealer meet, safety week, a long-service and awards evening, a family day for employees and their children, a union or welfare function.
Setting up inside a working plant is a different discipline from setting up in a hall. There is a gate pass for every person and every vehicle, an induction before anyone walks the floor, zones you may not enter, equipment that cannot be moved and machinery that may still be running. We plan to the plant's rules, send our crew list in advance, and build around production rather than asking production to stop.
The residential side is settled, mid-rise and well served with halls, so the family work here — weddings, receptions, society functions, birthdays — is straightforward and mostly indoors. The one thing worth saying early is that hall slots are tight in the season and the hall decides the rest of the plan.
Inside the plant, in the hall, or in the society.
Crew list, ID, vehicle numbers and gate passes arranged before the day, and the safety induction done.
Ribbon, plaque, stage, seating and the photograph the company will actually use, planned as the deliverable.
Children's zones, seating, shade, sound and a running order for a crowd that arrives all at once.
A stage, a clean backdrop, a cue sheet and trophies and certificates printed in our own unit.
Product display, presentation screens, seating and dinner in one evening, run to a timed schedule.
Weddings, receptions and building functions, built and struck inside the booked slot.
Bhoomi pujan, ribbon cutting and plaque unveiling, with the press photograph planned for.
Presentations, product display and dinner, for a room of people who came to hear numbers.
Employees and families for a full day — games, food counters, stage and prize distribution.
Demonstrations, displays, competitions and a closing function across several days.
Felicitation evenings with a running order, citations and printed certificates.
Functions in the halls around the township, built and struck inside the session.
Ganpati, Navratri, annual days and new-year nights inside the buildings.
Farewells after thirty years, where the speeches and the photographs are the event.
A factory event is not a hall event held somewhere noisier. The rules are real and they are the plan.
Names, ID numbers, vehicle numbers. Gate passes for a crew of fifteen are not issued on the morning, and a crew standing at the gate is a build that starts three hours late. This single item causes more delay than everything else combined.
Walkways that must stay clear, panels and hydrants that cannot be covered, zones that need protective equipment, and anything that stays live during the event. We walk the area with the plant's safety officer before drawing, because a layout that gets rejected on the day cannot be rebuilt on the day.
Plant supply is usually available and usually conditional — a specific panel, a specific load, a specific person who switches it on. Get that named. Where it is not clean enough or not available, we bring a generator and say so in the quotation.
A family day or a prize distribution fills up in fifteen minutes because a shift ended. Entry points, queue space, seating and food counters have to absorb that, and signage has to work for people who have never been to that part of the site.
For an inauguration, the company wants one usable picture: the plaque, the people, the branding legible behind them. Where that camera stands decides the backdrop, the height and the lighting. Everything else is secondary and much cheaper to change.
The listings for Chinchwad are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Chinchwad before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, and it is routine. We send the crew list, ID and vehicle details in advance for gate passes, do the safety induction, and walk the area with your safety officer before anything is drawn. Build is planned around production rather than requiring it to stop.
Yes — bhoomi pujan, ribbon cutting, plaque unveiling, seating and the press arrangements. We plan backwards from the photograph the company actually needs, because that decides the backdrop, the height and the lighting.
Yes. The thing that decides a family day is not décor but flow — everyone arrives at once when a shift ends. Entry, seating, food counters, children's zones and the prize schedule are planned for that and quoted as their own lines.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Backdrops, standees, badges, certificates and signage are made in our own unit, which is why they do not arrive late. Trophies and mementos are sourced, and we show you samples before ordering.
For a plant event, six to eight weeks, mostly because of approvals and gate passes rather than the build. For a hall or society function, three to four weeks.
Search results do not rank planners by quality, so the label is only ever someone's opinion. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles factory and line inaugurations, vendor and dealer meets and company family days in Chinchwad. The same crew covers Pimpri Chinchwad and Pune. Ask who is on site on the day and who answers the phone if something slips.
Start with teams that already work in Chinchwad — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Chinchwad with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Chinchwad are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
