We plan, set up and run corporate events for Pune companies, from a small leadership meet to a full company gala. One team handles venue, stage, AV, branding and guest flow, so your HR or admin lead has one number to call.

A corporate event planner takes the whole event off your team's desk: venue, stage, sound, screens, branding, seating, food, guest movement and the run-sheet on the day. You approve decisions; we do the chasing. Since 2013 we have worked with 100+ brands and companies, so we know what a leadership team expects and what an HR budget allows.
Most of our corporate work sits in the IT and manufacturing belts: conference rooms and hotel ballrooms near Hinjewadi and Kharadi, lawns and banquets for award nights, and resorts on the Lonavala side for offsites. We also travel with clients for dealer meets and launches in other cities.
What you get is one point of contact from the first brief to the last guest leaving. You get an itemised proposal, a clear timeline, and a show-caller on the day who keeps speakers, AV and the stage crew on the same cue sheet.
These are the parts we plan, set up and run for a typical corporate event.
Hotels, banquets, lawns and resorts matched to your headcount, date, commute and budget, with recce visits before you sign.
Stage design, LED walls, lighting, microphones and a technical rehearsal so presentations and videos play without surprises.
Welcome gates, backdrops, standees, directional signs and stage graphics made to your brand guidelines.
Registration desks, badges, seating plans, travel and room lists for outstation teams, and a help desk on the day.
Award flow, trophies on cue, anchors, performers and music planned around your agenda, not the other way round.
A minute-by-minute run-sheet and a show-caller who keeps speakers, AV, food service and the crew on time.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Keynotes, panels and breakout rooms with registration, AV, recording and speaker support.
Leadership or team offsites at resorts near Pune, with travel, stay, sessions and evening plans.
Business sessions by day and a gala by night, with outstation guest logistics sorted.
Recognition evenings with a tight award flow, stage walk-ups and entertainment between segments.
Reveal moments, press areas, demo zones and stage shows built around a single message.
Company annual days with performances, awards and a family-friendly programme.
Daytime events for employees and families with games, food stalls and kids' zones.
Large internal meetings with stage, screens, Q&A mics and live-stream support for remote teams.
Tell us the date, the guest count, the budget and the feeling you want in the room. We ask the questions most people forget.

You getA walk-through before guests arrive
Our crew runs the floor, the stage and the guests. When it is over, we clear the venue and send you the photos.
You getA calm host — you — and the memories
The events that go smoothly are the ones where three decisions are made early: the date, the headcount range and the one thing the event must achieve. Everything else, from venue to décor, follows from those three.
An award night needs a stage built for walk-ups and photos. A sales conference needs good screens, clear sound and breakout rooms. An offsite needs quiet space and decent travel time. Tell us what success looks like for your leadership team, and we will suggest a format and a venue type that fits it, rather than a template.
Pune's good banquets and hotel ballrooms fill up fast between November and February, when wedding season overlaps with year-end corporate events. For a large event in that window, start eight to twelve weeks out. For a small meet at other times, four to six weeks is usually workable. Think about commute as much as the venue: a Friday evening event across the city can lose half an hour of guests to traffic, so a venue close to your office or on the main highway often beats a fancier one far away.
From June to September, outdoor lawns are a gamble. If your event falls in the monsoon, we plan it indoors or under a proper covered structure, with a covered walkway from the parking area. Resorts on the ghats are beautiful in the rain, but budget extra time for travel and keep a road plan for bad-weather days.
If your event is part of a wider programme, see how we handle annual days and team building events, or how we produce event branding that follows your brand book.

A corporate event planner manages the whole event for your company, from venue and budget to stage, AV, branding, guests and the programme on the day. You give the objective, headcount and date. We shortlist venues, get approvals, coordinate every supplier and speaker, and run the event with a show-caller so your team can host instead of firefighting.
The cost depends on headcount, venue, date and how much stage and AV the event needs. A seminar in a hotel meeting room costs far less than an award night with an LED stage and entertainment. Food per guest and venue rent are usually the biggest lines. Share your brief and we will send an itemised quote so you can see where each rupee goes.
We manage conferences, seminars, offsites, dealer and channel meets, award nights, product launches, annual days, family days and town halls. Formats range from a half-day meeting in a hotel to a multi-day event with travel and stay. If your event mixes business sessions with an evening gala, we plan both parts as one programme with one run-sheet.
Book eight to twelve weeks ahead for a large event, and four to six weeks for a smaller meet. Between November and February, venues in Pune get booked early because weddings and year-end events overlap, so earlier is safer. Short-notice events are possible, but venue choice narrows and there is less time to correct branding or AV issues.
Yes, we manage corporate events outside Pune and have travelled to 30+ cities with clients. Common requests are offsites at hill resorts towards Mahabaleshwar, and dealer meets or launches in Mumbai, Nashik and Kolhapur. We handle travel, stay and the on-ground setup, with the same point of contact you work with for Pune events.
