It is worth being precise about this rather than just claiming it, because "we are local" is said by everyone.
Every event has one thing that is wrong on the morning — a panel damaged in transit, a name misspelled, a missing length of cable. From here that is a ten-minute round trip. From across the city it is the reason something gets improvised.
You can come to the unit and look at the printed backdrop and the frame before they go anywhere. A proof on a screen is not the same as seeing the actual panel, and colour in particular does not survive a screen.
Being five minutes away does not make a seven-foot panel fit a five-foot lift. The access check still happens, the frame is still built in sections, and the vehicle still cannot stand on a narrow lane for three hours.
Hours, deposit, what may be fixed to a wall — those are your committee's, not ours. We ask for the list before designing wherever the function is.
Travel and crew hours are a real line on a quotation and they are smaller here. We do not pretend that makes a large difference on a small function, but on a big build it is visible.

No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Yes, and it is routine. The frame comes in sections that pass the door, the floor and skirting are sheeted past where anything will reach, and pale furniture is moved rather than draped.
Two weeks is enough for a home ceremony or a society function, and three to four weeks for a hall wedding once the hall is booked. For anything in the wedding or Ganpati season, earlier.
