Moshi has the region's big exhibition centre on one side and fast-growing new housing on the other. Trade shows and stall builds during the season, society and family functions all year.
Moshi holds the region's main exhibition and convention ground, which gives it a calendar nowhere else in PCMC has. During a show season the work is stall design and fabrication, shell-scheme fit-outs, registration areas, signage and the whole apparatus of an organised exhibition — and all of it happens inside the build-up window the organiser gives you, which is usually short and often overnight.
That is a specific discipline. Everything is pre-assembled and labelled, the load-in sequence is fixed before the trucks move, and the stand has to be finished and clean before the hall opens because there is no second chance. Dismantle is the same in reverse, and the organiser charges for an overrun.
Around the ground, Moshi is growing fast — new societies, open land still in the gaps, and a residential calendar of housewarmings, annual days, Ganpati, birthdays and ceremonies. The roads here are new and wide, which makes it one of the easier parts of the region to get a truck into.
Stall builds at the ground, and functions in the societies around it.
Custom stands and shell-scheme fit-outs, pre-assembled in the workshop and finished on site.
A fixed load-in sequence inside the hours the organiser gives, because there is no second trip.
Panels, fascia, standees and directional signage printed in our own unit, sized to read at distance.
Load calculated against the organiser's allocation, with the shortfall planned rather than discovered.
Annual days, Ganpati, housewarmings and ceremonies in the buildings around the ground.
Out on time and the space handed back clean, because the organiser charges for an overrun.
Custom stands designed, fabricated and installed inside the build-up window.
Graphics, furniture and lighting inside an organiser-supplied shell.
Desks, signage, queue lines and branding at a show entrance.
On-site crew through a show, for changes, repairs and daily reset.
A stage, sound and a children's programme for the whole building.
Ten days of decoration, a daily aarti and an immersion to plan for.
A full build on bare land — structure, floor, power, light and mandap.
Vastu shanti and griha pravesh in the newer flats.
An exhibition build is the least forgiving work there is, because the hall opens whether or not you are ready.
From the organiser, not from an assumption. Those two numbers decide the crew size, the sequence and the price. A stand designed for a full day and given an overnight slot is a different stand.
A stand bolted up in the workshop and labelled goes up in a fraction of the time, and a part that does not fit is found on Tuesday in Anand Nagar rather than at one in the morning on the hall floor.
Organisers allocate a stated load per stand and charge for more. Lights, screens and any demonstration equipment added together usually exceed the default, and that is worth knowing at the design stage rather than at the socket.
Printing is fast and approvals are not. Final artwork, final logos and final text, with a day in hand. We print in our own unit, which buys a little time at the end but not a week.
Everybody leaves at once, the hall is chaos, and the organiser charges for an overrun. Our crew and vehicle are scheduled for it rather than hoping the aisle is clear.
That search returns whoever advertises hardest in Moshi, not whoever runs the better event. It is a starting list, and the sorting is still yours to do.
Ask for an itemised scope, ask who is on site on the day, and ask what they have set up in Moshi already. The answers sort a list of ten down to two. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
Yes. Custom stands and shell-scheme fit-outs, pre-assembled in our workshop and installed inside the organiser's build-up window. Send the organiser's build-up and dismantle hours with the brief, because they decide the crew and the sequence.
Usually, if the stand is designed for it. That means pre-assembly, a fixed load-in sequence and enough crew to work in parallel. Tell us the slot at the quotation stage rather than after booking, because it changes the manpower line.
Yes, in our own unit — panels, fascia, standees and signage, sized to read at distance. That is also why they are never the late item. Lock the artwork early; approvals take longer than printing.
Yes. The residential work around the ground is a good part of what we do in Moshi — annual days, Ganpati, housewarmings, birthdays and ceremonies.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
For an exhibition, six to eight weeks, because the design, the fabrication and the graphics all have to be finished before the build-up window. For a society or family function, three weeks.
Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles exhibition stall builds, shell-scheme fit-outs and registration and entry areas in Moshi. The same crew covers Bhosari and Chinchwad. Ask each name you shortlist for an itemised scope rather than one figure, and compare the same lines.
Look for a team that has already worked in Moshi, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Moshi with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Moshi are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
