A contractor who has not built here will design a stand that is correct in every general way and wrong in the specific ones. The list below is what we check before drawing anything for PIECC Moshi.

The halls are large, so sight lines are long. Height and a legible top band do more than detail at eye level.
Heavy exhibits are normal here. Floor loading and the route from the gate to your space are worth checking before design starts.

Have you built at PIECC Moshi before?

Send us the show and the plot and we will tell you plainly what we have and have not done at this venue. What we will not do is claim a stand we did not build — it is a small circuit and that kind of thing gets found out.

Who handles the organiser paperwork?

We do, in your name — drawings for approval, and the power, air and internet orders. You remain the exhibitor; the chasing is ours.

When do you need the artwork?

Two weeks before the show for printed panels, so there is room to reprint anything that comes out wrong. If you do not have artwork we will design the graphics as part of the stand.

Can you work to a design from our head office?

Yes. We will build to it and tell you in advance if anything in it will not pass this venue's or the organiser's rules.

What happens during the show itself?

You get a number for someone who can come to the stand. Lights fail, a panel gets knocked, a socket stops working — those are hours, not days, if somebody local is reachable.

Do you dismantle as well?

Yes, inside the organiser's dismantle slot, with your exhibits returned to you and the space handed back clear. It is in the quotation rather than billed afterwards.
