Design and 3D
Layout built around your exhibits, demo area, meeting space and storage, sized to your exact plot and open sides.

We design the stand, print its graphics in our own unit, build it, install it on site and take it down afterwards. One quotation, one site contact, and nobody to blame but us when something is late.
Most stall contractors design and build, then send the graphics out. That is where stands go wrong. The panel comes back a shade off, or two millimetres oversize, or on the wrong substrate for a backlit box — and it comes back on the afternoon before the show, when there is no time to argue about whose fault it is.
We run the printing. Flex, vinyl, sunboard, acrylic, foam board, backlit fabric, glow and LED signage are things this company already sells on its own account, which means stall graphics are made in the same building as the stall. A panel that is wrong gets reprinted the same day, not negotiated over a week.
It also means the quotation has one line for graphics instead of a pass-through with a margin on it, and that the person who measured the panel is the person who printed it.
Everything between booking the space and getting your exhibits back.
Layout built around your exhibits, demo area, meeting space and storage, sized to your exact plot and open sides.
Dimensioned drawings and material schedules for the organiser, where the show requires them.
Panels, platforms, counters, storage and the structure, pre-cut and pre-finished so site work is assembly.
Panel prints, fascia, backlit fabric, raised lettering and signage, made in our own printing unit.
On site in the build-up window, levelled, wired, lit and cleaned before handover.
Taken down in the dismantle slot, your exhibits returned, the space handed back clear.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Bare plot, everything built: walls, platform, ceiling or truss, lighting, storage and furniture.
The organiser gives you panels and a fascia. We make it look designed rather than issued.
A meeting deck above the floor where the plot is large enough and the organiser approves the drawings.
Platform, roof, flooring and weather cover for shows built on open ground rather than in a hall.
Plinths, load spreading, guarding and a safe viewing line for an exhibit that runs.
A system stand that travels to several shows a year instead of being scrapped after each one.
A multi-company pavilion with a shared identity and individual plots inside it.
Not how it looks in the 3D view. Three things, in order.
Whether people turn in. A visitor walking an aisle is reading at head height and moving. They decide from six or seven metres away. That decision is made by one legible line high up saying what you do — not your logo, which means nothing to someone who has not heard of you — and by whether the frontage is open. A counter across the front of a stand is a closed door with a person behind it.
Whether they stay. Something has to be happening. A machine running, a screen showing output, a part they can pick up. A stand of panels and a table is a stand people leave in twenty seconds.
Whether the conversation can happen. The sale is not made standing in an aisle. Somewhere to sit, somewhere to put a laptop, and enough quiet to talk — on a small plot that means giving up display space for seating, which feels wrong and is right.
Everything else — the finish, the lighting, the flooring — is there to make those three work. It is also what separates a stand that looks like a supplier worth dealing with from one that looks like a company cutting corners, which at an engineering show is the whole message.
Most people start here with a search rather than a recommendation, and the first results are the ones paying for the position or carrying the most reviews. Neither tells you whether a team has set up in a hall like yours.
A team that has worked Pune knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
It is quoted per square metre and the range is wide, because a shell-scheme upgrade and a custom double-decker are not the same product. What moves the number most is whether you have raw space or shell scheme, the finish, how much is built versus rented, and how much graphics area there is. We break the quotation into design, structure, graphics, furniture, services and removal so you can see what each part costs and take something out if you need to. There is a fuller explanation on our stall cost page.
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a custom stand: design and revisions take two, organiser approvals take one, and the build needs three clear weeks. Three weeks is possible and costs more, because material is bought at whatever price gets it here in time. A shell-scheme upgrade can be done in two weeks. The thing that cannot be compressed is organiser approval, so that is the date to work backwards from.
Yes — Mumbai is routine and we have built elsewhere in Maharashtra. Outside the state, transport and crew travel start to cost more than the stand, so for a single small stand far away we will usually tell you that a local contractor is the sensible answer. If you are doing several shows a year, a modular stand that travels is the cheaper way to do it.
Yes. If you have a design from an agency or a global stand your head office uses, we will build to it, and we will tell you before starting if something in it will not pass the organiser's rules or will not survive four days of handling.
We do, for drawings, approvals and service orders, in your name. You stay the exhibitor — the contract for the space is yours — but the paperwork and the chasing are ours.
We dismantle it in the slot the organiser gives and hand the space back clear. Built panels are generally not worth storing unless the stand was designed to be reused; if you exhibit several times a year, say so at the brief stage and we will design it to come apart and go back together.
Search results do not rank planners by quality, so the label is only ever someone's opinion. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles custom raw-space stalls, shell-scheme upgrades and double-decker stands in Pune. Ask what happens to the price when a number moves; a single figure tells you nothing.
Start with teams that already work in Pune — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pune with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pune are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
