The MAHATech Industrial Exhibition, Pune, 24th edition, is on 18–21 February 2027 at Agricultural College Ground, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005, behind Esquare and off Court Road. Those dates are the organiser's own, taken from their site at the time of writing — confirm them before you book space.
One of the largest industrial trade fairs in western India — the organiser counts more than 3,000 exhibiting companies and over four lakh business visitors across its first two decades. It is organised by Maharashtra Industries Directory. Exhibitors here show process industry equipment, engineering machinery and machine tools, electrical, electronics, instrumentation and automation, and pharma and chemical equipment.

Start from the exhibitor manual, not from a design. It sets your height limit, what you may fix to the organiser's panels, the build-up and dismantle slots, the fire rules and how services are ordered. Every one of those can force a redesign if it is read late, and the manual is the first thing we ask you for.
Then the plot. Which sides are open changes the stand completely — a corner plot is a different design from an in-line plot of the same area, and a peninsula is different again. Plot number and open sides before anything else.

Then the aisle. On open ground the aisle is wide and the light is daylight, so height and a roofline do the work that a lit fascia does indoors.
Work backwards from approvals. Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a custom stand at this show; three is possible and costs more. Organiser approval is the one deadline that cannot be compressed, so that is the date everything else hangs off.

It depends on whether you have shell scheme or raw space, the plot size, how much is built versus rented and how much graphics area there is. We quote itemised — design, structure, graphics, furniture, electrical, services, install and removal — so you can see each part and take something out if you need to. Six to eight weeks for a custom stand, two for a shell-scheme upgrade. Organiser approvals are the fixed point; everything else can be compressed at a price. If the show is closer than that, send the plot anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done well.

You get a number for someone who can be at the stand. A failed light or a damaged panel is an hour's problem if somebody local is reachable and a lost day if they are not.
There is no ranking that decides this, so the word means whichever team is right for your event. Start with teams that already work in Pune — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book.
