Bavdhan sits where the city meets the bypass, with newer societies, good clubhouses and an easy run to the expressway. We plan, set up and run team days, family functions and lawn evenings here, chosen to fit the format you actually need.
Bavdhan does something few parts of Pune can. It is residential and green enough to feel like a break, and close enough to the working city that nobody loses half a day getting there. So teams book day-long sessions, planning days and celebration evenings here instead of driving out to Lonavala, and families use the same clubhouses and lawns for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings and society evenings.
The building stock helps. Most societies here are recent, which means real clubhouses with a hall, a deck or a lawn, proper lifts and power, a basement to unload in and a committee that has a written booking process. Compared with older parts of the city, there is much less improvising on the setup morning.
Access is the other advantage. The bypass and the road up towards Chandni Chowk put the expressway within easy reach, so a speaker, a performer or a crew coming from another city can arrive in the morning and still make a rehearsal. We plan arrivals around that rather than assuming everyone is local.

The mistake we see most often here is booking a space and then deciding what to do in it. Because Bavdhan offers several kinds of space, the better order is to name the outcome first. Everything else, including how long the day should be, follows from that.

Once the outcome is fixed, the argument about theme and décor becomes easy, because the design has a job to do.
Clubhouses here are genuinely usable, and that is exactly why they are busy. Weekend slots and festival dates are taken months ahead, and the committee gives the space in a written slot with a deposit. Get four things on that paper: your hours including setup and clean-up, whether the lawn or deck is part of the booking, the sound cut-off, and the rule on fixing anything to walls and railings. Ask how many people the space may hold, and whether an outside caterer may work there and where their van will stand. If your date is taken, the neighbouring options are usually a hall on the main road or another society's space, and we shortlist those with you rather than letting the date slip. Keep the booking in one person's name and keep that person reachable on the day, because a committee will usually take instructions only from whoever signed the form.
The expressway being close is a practical advantage, not just a nice line. A trainer, a speaker, a performer or a technical crew travelling from another city can reach a morning session here without an overnight stay, which keeps a full-day format realistic. We still plan for the obvious risk: arrival is scheduled with a margin, the rehearsal window sits after it, and a second running order is kept ready in case someone is delayed. The best thing on offer here is an evening on an open lawn, and it needs planning rather than luck. In the cold months, plan for the temperature dropping after sunset: warm lighting, seating off the wet grass, and food served where it does not go cold on the way. Wind matters for anything tall, so frames are weighted and light fabric is used sparingly. From June to September, an open programme needs a covered stage, matting, a covered path from the parking and an indoor fallback that is actually booked, not just imagined. Yes. Bavdhan is a short run from our Sinhagad Road office on the same side of the city, so site visits are easy to arrange and easy to repeat. Nothing is charged as outstation travel. One planner handles the event from the first meeting to the clean-up, and is on site for the whole of your day.
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons teams book here. A clubhouse hall or lawn takes sessions in the first half, activities and a meal in the second, and a celebration in the evening. We handle the schedule, seating, screens, sound, activities and food timing, so the team arrives to a room that is ready.
Yes, that is most of our work here. Send us the booking slot and the society's rules. We prepare the layout and paperwork your committee needs, build with free-standing frames so nothing is drilled into walls or railings, keep sound inside permitted hours and hand the space back cleaned the same night.

Clubhouse weekend slots and the festival months are taken well in advance, so confirm the space first and build the plan around it. Shorter notice works when the format is simple.
