Pisoli still has its old core with new high-rise built around it. Two kinds of job a few hundred metres apart: a clubhouse with a rule list, or a community function in lanes a tempo cannot enter.
Pisoli is one of the villages on the southern edge that the city reached in the last fifteen years. The original core is still there — tight lanes, family houses, a temple — with new towers built on the land around it, and the two hold very different functions.
In the towers it is the ordinary new-society calendar: housewarmings, first birthdays, naming ceremonies, annual days, Ganpati. Bounded, indoors, and decided by the rule list, the service lift and the booked hours. In the gaothan it is community weddings where the guest list is the lane, a public Ganpati with a procession, and festival programmes — big crowds in small spaces.
There is also still open land here, which is why a large wedding in Pisoli is often built on a plot rather than booked into a hall. That is ordinary work, quoted as infrastructure first and event second, and it is usually the better answer above a few hundred guests.
Large guest lists in tight lanes, where flow decides the evening.
A full build on bare land — structure, floor, power, light and mandap.
Ten days of mandap, decoration and aarti, with a procession at the end.
Society annual days, birthdays and new-year nights inside the towers.
Vastu shanti and griha pravesh in a new flat.
Morning functions at home, set up and struck before lunch.
Open-space nights with flooring, lighting and sound.
Clubhouse and flat setups, built low and safe.
The towers, the village lanes, and the land in between.
Lane width, gradient, the turn and the carry distance, measured on the site visit rather than guessed.
Hall booking, deposit, written notice and the rule list, sorted before anything is drawn.
Mandap, decoration, lighting, daily aarti arrangements and the immersion procession planned with the mandal.
Levelling, flooring, structure and cover, so the ground is usable before anything is decorated.
A generator sized to the whole load with reserve, and tower lights on the approach and the parking.
Frames out, cabling lifted, pegs pulled, waste taken away with us rather than left behind.
The mistake in Pisoli is bringing a gaothan plan to a tower or a tower plan to the gaothan.
Nails, adhesive, drilling, helium, open flame, height limits, deposit, hours, and which lift a crew may use. New societies have longer lists than old ones. Read it before approving a design.
Pisoli climbs in places and the old lanes are narrow. Where a vehicle can reach and turn decides the crew and the carrying, and that is real hours rather than a rounding error.
A community wedding here draws more people than the card went to, and that is normal. Seating for the invited, standing room for the rest, and a food queue that does not block the entrance.
Levelling, flooring, structure, generator, cabling, tower lights, water. None of it photographs and all of it decides the evening.
For an ambulance or a fire tender. A function that blocks a lane completely is the one that gets stopped, and it should be.
The listings for Pisoli are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Pisoli before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no, which is why we check before booking one. Where it cannot, material is unloaded at the nearest point and carried in, and we price that honestly rather than discovering it on the morning.
Yes, and above a few hundred guests it is usually the better answer in Pisoli. It is quoted in two halves — infrastructure, then the event — because the first makes the second possible.
Yes, working with the mandal. It is quoted as a ten-day package, and the police intimation for the procession goes in early — we prepare the paperwork and the organisers sign it.
Yes. We need the booking hours, the deposit terms and the society's rule list before designing, because all three change the build.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Three to four weeks for a clubhouse or lane function. Six to eight for an open-ground build. For a public Ganpati, before the season.
It is worth treating that search as a shortlist, not an answer — no one certifies a best. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles community weddings, open-ground weddings and public ganpati in Pisoli. The same crew covers Undri and Kondhwa. Ask who is on site on the day and who answers the phone if something slips.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Pisoli before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pisoli with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pisoli are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
