Undri is new high-rise with open plots in the gaps, on the southern edge of the city. That gives you both kinds of venue — a modern clubhouse, or bare ground you can build whatever you like on.

The clubhouse route is simple and bounded — the rules, the lift and the booked hours decide the design. The open-ground route is the one that needs explaining, because half its cost is invisible: levelling, flooring, a structure, a generator, cabling, tower lights, water and washrooms, before any decoration at all. We quote the two halves separately so it is clear what the venue is actually costing.
The practical catch is distance. Undri is far enough out that travel is a real line on a quotation, the approach roads are long, and a forgotten item is not a ten-minute fix. That is a reason to pre-assemble and check twice, which is what we do rather than charging for the consequences.

In Undri this is a genuine decision rather than a formality, and the answer depends on the guest count more than on taste.
The room, the seating, the power and the washrooms already exist. The work is the backdrop, the stage, the lighting and the sound, and the total is far lower than building the same evening on a plot.
Clubhouses run out of room and halls out here are limited. A plot has no ceiling on guest count, and above a certain size the infrastructure cost is spread thin enough to make sense.
Levelling, flooring, structure, generator, cabling, tower lights, water, washrooms. None of it photographs and all of it decides whether the evening works. A quotation without it is incomplete rather than cheap.
Undri is a long way from most suppliers, which shows up as travel on the quotation and as a slow fix if something is forgotten. We pre-assemble and check twice rather than treating a second trip as normal.
The roads out here are long and unlit in places, and on a plot the car park is a field. Lights along that route are the cheapest line on the quotation and the one guests mention.
The listings for Undri are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.

It depends mostly on guest count. Under two hundred the clubhouse is usually far better value, because the room, seating, power and washrooms already exist. Over three hundred a plot usually wins, because there is no ceiling on numbers and the infrastructure cost spreads. We will say which your event suits.

Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event. There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Undri are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much.
