Ghorpadi was held back from redevelopment by cantonment and defence land around it, and the result is a part of east Pune that still looks like the nineteen-nineties: low buildings, wide plots, mature trees and real gardens. For an outdoor function that is worth a great deal.

Power has to be brought and sized, lighting has to cover the walk and the parking and not just the stage, the ground has to be firm enough for chairs, and weather cover is a decision made at the quotation rather than on the day. Trees are the reason the setting works, and nothing is ever fixed to one.

No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill. On a lawn we do plan the caterer's power and water.

Reviews and ads decide who appears first, not who runs the better event.
