Plan With YOLO is a Pune event management company that has been planning and running events since 2013. Over that time we have delivered 500+ events, worked with 100+ brands and companies, and travelled to 30+ cities to set up and run events for clients.
Our work is split between companies and families. For companies, that means conferences, offsites, dealer meets, annual days, award nights, launches and brand activations. For families, it means weddings, sangeet and haldi functions, birthdays and private celebrations. Alongside events, we offer branding, websites, SEO, social media and apps, because a launch or a conference usually needs them too.
We work from our office in south Pune, where clients are welcome to sit with us, share reference photos and talk through layouts. The same team that plans your event is the one that runs it on the day. You will not be handed from a sales person to a stranger at the venue. One point of contact knows your event from the first call to the final wrap-up.

Every Plan With YOLO event follows the same path: understand the brief, put the plan on paper, lock the details, rehearse, then run the day. The occasion changes, but the discipline does not.
The first call is about you, not about packages. We ask about the date, the guest count, the budget, and most of all the feeling you want in the room. A company offsite that should build energy needs a different plan from an award night that should make people feel recognised. We also ask the practical questions people often forget: parking, elderly guests, power backup, and what happens if it rains.
Within the first week, you receive a concept, a layout and an itemised quote. You can see what each part of the event costs and change it. Once you approve, we lock the venue and the people who will work on your event, and we take care of permissions such as venue approvals and music licences.
Setup usually starts the day before, or early on the morning of the event. Décor goes up, the stage and truss are rigged, sound and lights are checked, and the anchor rehearses every cue with our show caller. If something is not right, there is still time to fix it, and that time is built into every schedule we write. Before guests arrive, we walk you through the venue so you can see it exactly as they will. On the day, our team runs the floor, the stage and guest flow, so you can host rather than manage.
When it is over, we clear the venue, settle the details and share photos with you. For corporate clients, we are happy to sit down afterwards and review what worked and what to change next time, while the details are still fresh.
