Society annual days
A stage, sound and a children's programme for the whole building.

Tingre Nagar is a compact belt of mid-rise societies between Vishrantwadi and Dhanori. Functions here are indoors, family-sized and run to the committee's clock — frequent and unglamorous, which suits us.
Tingre Nagar is a compact, settled pocket of mid-rise societies on the north-east side, between Vishrantwadi and Dhanori. There is nothing dramatic about it, which is precisely why there is a lot of work: several thousand families in a small radius, all holding the same functions every year.
Nearly all of it is indoors — clubhouse annual days, society Ganpati and Navratri, satyanarayan pujas, naming ceremonies, first birthdays, housewarmings — with weddings and receptions in the halls a short distance away. Guest lists are family-sized and the standard expected is high, because the same committees have organised dozens of these.
The constraints are the usual mid-rise ones and they are all measurable: what the committee allows, what the service lift takes, what hours you have been given, and where a vehicle may stand. Asked for in writing a week ahead, none of them is a problem. Discovered on the morning, every one of them is.
A stage, sound and a children's programme for the whole building.
Ten days of decoration, a daily aarti and an immersion to plan for.
Nine nights in the compound, with flooring, lighting and sound.
Altar, seating and prasad counter, with the layout agreed with the family.
Morning functions in a flat, set up and struck before lunch.
Clubhouse and flat setups, built low and safe.
Functions in the halls nearby, built and struck inside the booked session.
Vastu shanti and griha pravesh, set up early and cleared before the guests tire.
The clubhouse, the flat, or the hall down the road.
Hall booking, deposit, written notice and the list of what is allowed, sorted before anything is drawn.
Panels sized to the service lift, or joined on the landing, so nothing has to be carried up whole.
Puja, naming and housewarming setups inside a flat, with the layout agreed with the family first.
Built low and safe — no sharp edges, nothing freestanding a toddler can pull over, no cable across a play area.
Levels set for a building full of neighbours, and the music off at the hour the committee set.
Frames down, waste carried away with us, clubhouse and lobby handed back as we found them.
None of this is complicated. All of it is a short list of answers somebody has to ask for in advance.
Depth, width and door height, with a photo and a tape in it. That number decides whether the backdrop goes up whole, in sections, or up the stairs — and the stairs cost crew and an hour.
Nails, adhesive, drilling, helium, open flame, height limits, deposit and hours. Every society has a list and they differ. A design that breaks one gets redrawn at eight in the morning.
Several hundred families use that entrance to get to work. Load-in starts before the rush or after it, and saying which in advance is the difference between a cooperative watchman and an argument.
The complaint comes from directly overhead, not from the committee. A note on the board a week before, with the date and the finish time, prevents most of it.
Clubhouse flooring is what deposits are held against. Sheeting under everything, pads under frame feet, nothing dragged.
Most people start here with a search rather than a recommendation, and the first results are the ones paying for the position or carrying the most reviews. Neither tells you whether a team has set up in a hall like yours.
A team that has worked Tingre Nagar knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, and it is most of the work here. We need the booking hours, the deposit terms and the society's list of what is allowed before designing, because all three change the build. The clubhouse is handed back cleaned the same night.
Yes. The frame comes in sections that pass the door, the floor and skirting are sheeted past where anything will reach, and pale furniture is moved rather than draped. Set up and struck the same day.
Yes, always. The havan position, the facing and where the elders sit are the family's and the priest's call, settled before anything is designed.
No. We coordinate the caterer you choose — menus, timings, counters and service on the day — but we do not cook and we take no cut of the food bill.
Whatever your society says, and most here say ten. Loudspeakers are in any case not permitted anywhere in Pune between ten at night and six in the morning except on the days the state exempts.
Less than a hall function, because the room and the seating are already there. The work is the backdrop, the stage, the lighting and the sound. Send the date, the hall and a rough headcount and you get a range the same day.
It is worth treating that search as a shortlist, not an answer — no one certifies a best. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles society annual days, society ganpati and navratri evenings in Tingre Nagar. The same crew covers Dhanori and Vishrantwadi. Ask who is on site on the day and who answers the phone if something slips.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Tingre Nagar before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Tingre Nagar with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Tingre Nagar are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
