Ravet is new buildings, young families and societies that take their gate rules seriously. We settle the entry paperwork with you first, then build balloon backdrops, arches and cake tables in your flat or party room.
Balloon work in Ravet lives or dies at the gate. The buildings are recent and well run, the roads are wide enough to reach quickly, and then a security register, a visitor app and a written rule about material entry decide whether the setup starts on time. None of that is a problem once it is handled a day early, which is why the first call is about access and only the second is about colour.
Once we are inside, the work is straightforward. Flats here are compact and bright, so the design is built around the one wall that photographs well and the daylight that reaches it. Frames stand on their own, nothing is fixed to a painted wall or a false ceiling, and the material comes up in as few lift trips as your building allows.
Most bookings on this side are family-sized occasions: a first birthday, a baby shower, a welcome home, an anniversary the children arrange. Send a photo of the room, the wing and the floor, and we will tell you what the space can carry before anything is confirmed.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Six pieces that work inside a strict society, and none of them needs a nail.

Garland or cluster wall on its own weighted frame, so nothing touches your paint or the false ceiling.
A half arch at the flat door or a full arch in the party room, anchored to stand through the evening.
Age, name or date in foil, ordered once the room is fixed so the size suits the wall you actually have.
A dressed table on a light base that lifts clear in one move when the room has to be handed back.
Names, vehicle details and timings sent to you in one message to forward to your security desk.
Setup stripped, waste bagged and carried out, and the party room handed back in the state you took it.
Tell us the date, the guest count, the budget and the feeling you want in the room. We ask the questions most people forget.

Societies here are strict in a straightforward way. The rules are written, someone can tell you what they are, and once they are answered nothing on the day surprises anyone. The mistake is leaving them until the morning, when the security desk is the only person awake and the answer is usually no.
Ask these once, send us the answers, and the build is planned around them.
| What your society asks for | Who can settle it | When we need the answer |
|---|---|---|
| Names and identity of the people coming in | You, on the visitor app or the register | The night before |
| A loaded vehicle allowed inside, near your tower | Security in charge, or the committee | A day ahead |
| Hours when material may be carried in | Committee, usually already in writing | When you book the date |
| Party room deposit and hand-back time | Whoever holds the keys | At the time of booking |
| Anything fixed to walls, ceilings or railings | Committee, and the answer is usually no | Before the design is drawn |
| Music hours on the podium or open deck | Society rules or the managing committee | Before the schedule is made |
The last two change designs more than the rest. If nothing may be fixed, a free-standing frame replaces a taped garland, and if the music has to stop early, the cake cutting moves ahead of the dancing rather than after it.
The open ground and water on this side of the river give a steady evening breeze, and balloons notice it long before people do. On a podium, a deck or a high balcony we weight everything at the base, keep arches low and wide rather than tall and thin, and leave out loose ribbons and light fabric that lift and tangle. Helium is used sparingly outdoors, because a cluster that looks lovely indoors becomes a kite in a breeze. If the forecast turns, an outdoor backdrop can usually be rebuilt against an indoor wall in a short time, so it is worth agreeing that fallback wall when the design is drawn instead of deciding it while guests are arriving.
Flats here are new and sensible rather than large, and that is fine, because a balloon setup only needs one honest wall and a cleared floor in front of it. The wall opposite the main window usually wins, since daylight falls on the guests instead of behind them. A low ceiling favours a garland backdrop with a foil name over a tall arch that brushes the fan. Move the sofa the night before and the first half hour of the build goes into the flowers rather than into shifting furniture. For the shapes and what each one needs, see balloon decoration in Pune; for theme ideas for a child's party, see birthday party themes.
Weekend slots in a society party room are taken early, and the festival months go earliest of all. Fix the room first and the décor second, because a design drawn for a hall does not simply shrink into a flat. If the room you wanted is gone, the flat itself is usually the better photograph anyway. Tell us the date and what you have booked, and we will say plainly what fits. If you want the games, the host and the cake timing handled too, our party planners take the whole day, or send your brief from the contact page.
Most people start here with a search rather than a recommendation, and the first results are the ones paying for the position or carrying the most reviews. Neither tells you whether a team has set up in a hall like yours.
Three questions separate the shortlist quickly: has the team worked in Ravet before, is the quotation itemised, and who is physically on site on the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
Yes, and most of our work on this side of the PCMC belt is inside gated societies. We send you the names, vehicle details and timings in one message that you can forward to your security desk, then build on free-standing frames so nothing is fixed to walls or railings. Send the wing and floor with your date.
No, because we build free-standing anyway. Backdrops stand on weighted frames, arches are anchored at the base, and the cake table carries its own styling, so painted walls, false ceilings and railings are left untouched. That also makes the strip-down quicker at the end, which matters when a party room has a hand-back time.
Yes, with the breeze planned for. Open decks on this side catch a steady evening wind, so arches are kept low and wide, everything is weighted at the base, and loose ribbons are left out. Helium is used sparingly outdoors. We also agree an indoor wall as a fallback when the design is drawn, in case the weather turns.
Size does most of it: how wide the wall is and how many balloons fill that width. After that come foil shapes against plain latex, the height of the build, whether a party room needs a same-night strip-down, and the hour of your slot. Flowers, boards and lights sit on top. Send a room photo and the date for an itemised quote.
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a home setup, and four to six weeks if you also need the society party room, because weekend slots and festival dates go early. Shorter notice often works for a simple backdrop and cake table. Confirm the room first, then the design, since a hall design does not shrink neatly into a flat.
Yes if you want it cleared, and that is the usual choice when a party room has to be handed back. We strip the setup, bag the balloon waste, sweep the floor and carry everything out. At home you can keep an air-filled setup standing for a few days instead, and we come back to collect the frames later.
Nobody awards that title, so it comes down to which team fits the event you are actually running. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles first birthdays at home, theme parties for kids and baby showers in Ravet. The same crew covers Pune. Ask for the breakdown — décor, stage, sound, crew, transport — and compare like for like.
Look for a team that has already worked in Ravet, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Ravet with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Ravet are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
