Dhayari is a short run from our own office, which changes what we can sensibly offer here: earlier starts, a quick look at the room before you decide, and a return the same night to take it all down.

Our office sits in Anand Nagar, a little further along the same road, so Dhayari is one of the few parts of Pune we can reach without planning a journey. That is worth saying plainly, and worth saying honestly too. It does not mean we can appear at an hour's notice, because a balloon setup still has to be designed, counted, filled and loaded. What it does mean is that the things distance normally makes awkward become easy here.
Three of them matter. Someone can come and look at your room before you commit to a design, instead of working from a photograph alone. A build can start earlier in the morning without a crew crossing the city first. And a setup can be taken down the same night, so a rented hall goes back on time and a flat is back to normal before work the next day.
The area itself is a mix. Older bungalows with compounds, gates and terraces sit next to new buildings with lifts and managing committees, and the two want quite different builds. Tell us which one you are in and the design starts from there.
Six pieces, and the last one is the one people forget to ask about.

Garland or cluster wall on a free-standing frame, measured from your room rather than from a photo.
A compound gate arch for a bungalow or a door arch for a flat, weighted to stand on its own.
Ages, names and dates in foil, chosen at the visit so you see the size against your own wall.
A dressed table that can be restyled for a second day when a ritual and a party fall on different dates.
A short visit before the design is fixed, since we are on the same road rather than across the city.
We come back and strip the setup so a hall goes back on time or your flat is normal by morning.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Tell us the date, the guest count, the budget and the feeling you want in the room. We ask the questions most people forget.
You getFirst ideas and a budget range
Theme, décor, stage layout and a minute-by-minute run of show, drawn up and revised until it feels like yours.

Venue shortlists, caterers, artists, anchors and the paperwork — police, music licences and venue approvals — handled by us.
You getLocked vendors, one point of contact
Décor goes up, truss and LED walls are rigged, sound is checked and the anchor rehearses every cue with our show caller.
You getA walk-through before guests arrive
Our crew runs the floor, the stage and the guests. When it is over, we clear the venue and send you the photos.
You getA calm host — you — and the memories
Distance is a real cost in this work, and most of it is invisible to the customer. Loading, driving, parking, carrying, and then doing it all again to take the setup down. When a booking sits close to where the material is packed, some of that cost disappears, and some of it does not. Here is the honest split.
Ask for these and the answer here is usually yes. The last row is where we would rather be straight with you.
| What you want | Being close by means | What it does not change |
|---|---|---|
| Someone to see the room first | A short visit is easy to arrange before you decide | The design still waits on your colours and date |
| An early morning build | No cross-city drive before the work starts | Society rules on material entry hours still apply |
| A setup taken down the same night | A return trip is practical, not an expedition | It is a separate visit and it is quoted as one |
| A small fix during the party | Help can come back if something is badly wrong | Not a standing promise for a burst balloon |
| Flowers added late for freshness | They can be brought closer to the hour | They are still bought for the date, so colours are fixed early |
| A booking at short notice | Travel is not the obstacle | The date still needs a free team and free material |
That last line is the one that matters most. Short notice works here more often than elsewhere, but it works because the drive is short, not because a setup can be conjured. Ask, and you will get a straight yes or no on the day you call.
This side of the road is a mix, and the two kinds of address barely resemble each other. A bungalow gives you a compound gate that takes an arch beautifully, a terrace for an evening party, room to unload right outside and nobody to ask for permission. What it does not give is shelter, so anything tall is weighted and the wet months need a covered plan. A flat gives you a lift, a clear wall and a lighting setup that behaves, and it gives you a committee, an entry register and a rule about what may be fixed where. We build free-standing either way, so nothing goes into a wall in either kind of home. Send a photo with a rough wall width and we will say which shapes your space can carry. Every shape we build, and the room each one wants, is listed on our balloon decoration in Pune page.
Being nearby is about distance, not about the clock. The Sinhagad Road stretch fills up at school hours and again when offices empty, so material is moved outside those windows even though the run is short. For a morning function the van is loaded and away early. For an evening party we come in the middle of the afternoon and stay on site rather than running back and forth. Tell us the hour the room must be ready and we will work backwards from it, including the return for clear-up.
Families here often have a small ritual one morning and the party the next evening, and being close makes that cheaper to do properly. An air-filled backdrop can stand through both, with the table styling changed between them and fresh flowers added on the second day rather than the first. Tell us both dates at the start rather than booking twice. For the wider theme setups see birthday decoration in Pune, for a quieter evening see anniversary decoration, and send your date and room from the contact page.
The listings for Dhayari are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
A team that has worked Dhayari knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, and it is one of the closest areas to our own office, so a short visit to see your room before you decide is easy to arrange. We set up in flats, bungalows, terraces and society halls here. Send your date and a photo of the wall, and we will suggest a setup sized to that space.
Sometimes, and we will tell you straight away. Travel is not the obstacle here because the run is short, but a setup still has to be designed, counted, filled and loaded, and the date needs a free team and free material. Call with the date and we will give you a clear yes or no rather than a maybe.
Yes if you want that, and being close makes the return trip practical rather than an expedition. It is a separate visit, so it appears as its own line in the quote. If you would rather keep an air-filled setup standing for a day or two at home, we collect the frames later instead.
A compound gate takes an entry arch well, and a terrace suits lit clusters and a photo corner more than a tall build. Everything outdoors is weighted at the base because evenings here carry a breeze, and light fabric is kept out. In the wet months we agree an indoor wall as a fallback before the day.
Travel counts for less here than almost anywhere we work, so the quote is mostly the setup itself: the width of the wall, the balloon count, whether the lettering is foil or latex, the height of the build, and whether you want a same-night take-down as a second visit. Flowers and lights are extras. Send a room photo and it comes back priced line by line.
Often yes. An air-filled backdrop holds its shape for days indoors, so the wall stays and the table styling changes between the two. Fresh flowers are added on the second day so they are at their best for the party. Tell us both dates when you book rather than treating them as two separate jobs.
It is worth treating that search as a shortlist, not an answer — no one certifies a best. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles birthday parties at home, theme parties for children and bungalow terrace parties in Dhayari. The same crew covers Pune. Ask for the breakdown — décor, stage, sound, crew, transport — and compare like for like.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Dhayari before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Dhayari with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Dhayari are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
