Measure the wall before you pick the design. The most common mistake with birthday decoration is choosing a photo from the internet that was built for a hall twice the size of your living room.
Pick one wall that has space in front of it for the cake table and a few people standing for photos. Avoid walls with a window directly behind, as the light turns every photo into a silhouette. Send us a photo of that wall with a rough width and height, and the rest of the setup is planned around it.
Keep uninflated balloons and burst pieces away from toddlers, as they are a choking risk. Place helium balloons away from fans and lights. On terraces and lawns, arches need proper weights, as Pune afternoons can get windy before the monsoon. Latex balloons in direct sun will start to shrink and fade within hours, so set up outdoor décor close to the party.
For a simple balloon setup at home, a few days is often enough. For a first birthday or a theme backdrop, book one to two weeks ahead so props and printed boards are ready. Weekends and festival dates fill up first.
