In Dhanori almost every balloon setup is a home setup with a fixed hour attached to it, a muhurat, a nap, or the minute somebody walks back in. We build to that hour and work quietly while the building is still asleep.

Balloon setups in Dhanori are nearly all home setups, and nearly all of them are booked around a time rather than a theme. A cradle ceremony that starts at a fixed muhurat. A first birthday squeezed between a nap and the evening. A surprise for someone who gets back from work at a known hour. So the first thing we ask here is not what colour you want, it is when the room has to be finished.
The second thing we ask is what the balloons should be filled with. Air-filled garlands built onto a frame hold their shape for days and take less material than the same wall in helium, which floats beautifully and starts giving up by the next morning. In a flat where a function runs across two days, that choice makes itself once somebody explains it.
Townships here are new and still filling up, so access changes from one tower to the next. Tell us the wing, the floor and where a vehicle can stand, and the backdrop is cut into pieces that travel up your lift instead of up six flights of stairs.
A soft corner around the cradle, finished before the family gathers and the chanting starts.
Pastel garlands and a name board, with the seat set so elders can sit close without crowding the corner.
One wall, a foil number and a dressed cake table, sized for a living room with the sofa moved back.
Characters and colours your child picks, built at a height small guests can stand in front of.
A short entry trail and a soft corner for a newborn or someone returning after a long stay away.
Built while the couple is out, with warm lights, a ring frame and no noise in the corridor.
A clean entry arch and a puja corner in a new flat, put up early and cleared soon after.
A wider backdrop, entry balloons and table styling for a booked common room.
Six pieces cover most home setups here; you take the ones your room and your hour allow.
A garland or cluster wall measured from your photo, built in sections that fit through a flat door.
A decorated cradle or ritual spot with standing room for elders and a clear path for the priest.
The baby's name, an age or a date in foil, spelling confirmed with you days before the function.
Cloth, stands and small props arranged so the table reads as part of the backdrop, not apart from it.
Build finished before the muhurat, before the nap ends, or before the person you are surprising reaches the door.
Offcuts collected while we work and every burst balloon taken away, so your bin stays your own.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Tell us the date, the guest count, the budget and the feeling you want in the room. We ask the questions most people forget.

You getA calm host — you — and the memories
Fix the hour before you fix the colours. In a flat, when the setup is built decides what can go into it, how quiet it has to be, and whether fresh flowers are still worth buying. Once the window is chosen, everything else is a short conversation.
These are the five windows we work in here, and what each one gives and takes.
| Build window | What it suits | What it costs you |
|---|---|---|
| Previous evening | Morning ceremonies and early muhurats | Needs a society that allows late material movement; flowers are added next morning |
| Before sunrise | Cradle, naming and puja functions | The team works almost silently; heavy carrying is kept short for the neighbours |
| Mid-morning | Afternoon baby showers and lunch gatherings | Lift traffic is at its worst, so material comes up in fewer, larger trips |
| Early afternoon | Evening birthdays and anniversaries | You lose the room for a few hours while the build is on |
| After work hours | Surprises for someone who comes home late | Photographs depend on lamps, so lighting has to be planned, not assumed |
The one that goes wrong most often is the early muhurat with a next-day booking. If your society will not allow material in after a certain hour, the previous evening is closed to you and the build has to start before sunrise instead. Ask your secretary once, tell us the answer, and the schedule is set from there.
Townships on this side are new, wide and long, and the walk from where a vehicle is allowed to stand to your lift is usually longer than anyone expects. That stretch is the slowest part of the day, especially with panels, frames and a filled garland that cannot be dropped. Four things make it quick: the wing name written the way the guard has it in the register, the names of the people coming in sent the night before, permission for the vehicle to stand near the tower rather than at the main gate, and a lift that is free for a short spell. If your visitor entries have to be approved by an app, add us before the morning starts rather than while we are standing at the gate. Where a lift is small or out of service, the backdrop is cut into smaller sections and assembled on your landing.
A fixed budget is a normal brief, and it is easiest to answer honestly with material choices rather than by cutting the design in half. Air-filled garlands on a frame give you the widest wall for the least material and they last for days, which matters when a naming function and a small lunch happen on the same weekend. Helium is worth it for a floating cluster or a ceiling effect, and not worth it for a backdrop that will be photographed against the wall anyway. Latex carries the colour; foil is best kept for the name, the age and one or two themed shapes. Daylight is free, so a daytime function placed near the window needs far less lighting than an evening one. Tell us your number and we will tell you which of these choices your setup is already making. The full range of shapes is on our balloon decoration in Pune page, soft pastel work sits under baby shower decoration, and the rest of what we run in this area is on the Dhanori event management page. Send your date and your hour from the contact page.
Nobody ranks planners on how their events went. What the results rank is visibility, which is why the shortlist matters more than the order it arrives in.
Compare the breakdown rather than the total, check the crew is theirs and not hired in, and ask what they have already done in Dhanori. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

Yes, home flats are most of our balloon work in Dhanori. We build on free-standing frames, cut the backdrop into sections that fit your lift, and finish before the hour you give us. Send a photo of the room with a rough wall width, the wing and the floor, and we will suggest a setup that fits that wall.
Yes. Either we build the previous evening where your society allows material in late, or the team starts before sunrise and works quietly. Heavy carrying is kept short, nothing is drilled, and the corridor is left clear. Clear the room the night before and the corner is standing well before your family begins to arrive.
Send us the wing name exactly as the guard's register has it, and add our names to your visitor list the night before. Ask whether a vehicle may stand near your tower instead of the main gate, because that stretch is the slowest part of the build. With those settled, material moves in one clean trip rather than several.
Air-filled for anything against a wall, helium only where something must float. Air-filled garlands on a frame hold their shape for days, which suits a function that runs across a weekend. Helium is the right choice for a ceiling cluster or a floating bunch, but it starts dropping by the next morning, so we use it where it earns its place.
The hour is the one people do not expect: a build finished before sunrise takes more hands than an unhurried afternoon. After that it is how wide the wall is and how many balloons fill it, foil lettering against plain latex, the height of the build, and extras such as fresh flowers and lights. Send your room photo and your hour for an itemised quote.
An air-filled setup holds for several days indoors, so a naming function on Saturday and a small lunch on Sunday can share one build. Keep it out of direct sun and away from a running fan, and ask children not to test it. Helium pieces are the exception and will sag by the following morning.
It is worth treating that search as a shortlist, not an answer — no one certifies a best. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles cradle and naming ceremonies, baby showers at home and first birthdays in Dhanori. The same crew covers Pune. Ask who is on site on the day and who answers the phone if something slips.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Dhanori before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Dhanori with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Dhanori are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
