Most events here happen on open ground, which means everything arrives on a truck: floor, cover, power, stage and sound. We plan that from Pune, build it on your lawn, run the day and take it all back.

Baramati sits about two hours south-east of us, in country where the good spaces are fields, lawns and sheds rather than hotel ballrooms. That single fact shapes every event here. A farm lawn gives you room and a clean horizon and almost nothing else, so the floor, the cover, the power, the stage and the toilets all arrive on a vehicle and leave on one.
The work splits three ways. Families hold weddings and receptions on their own land or a hired lawn, and the guest lists run long because both sides of the family and half the village come. Companies selling to farmers hold dealer meets, field demonstrations and scheme launches where the product has to be seen working. Co-operatives, schools and local units hold annual functions and prize days.
We work from one office in Pune. There is no branch of ours here, nothing stored here and nobody waiting on call. Structure, stage, sound, lighting and branding travel out with our technical team. Carrying labour, helpers, flowers and housekeeping are taken from near the venue, which is quicker and keeps your bill lower. Travel and trucking sit on the quote as their own lines.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
This is the work one team takes on for an event on a lawn, a field or a hall here.
Slope, soil, approach road, nearest power point and truck turning space measured and photographed before any design is drawn.
Laid flooring, an anchored roofed structure and a generator sized on site, placed far enough away to stay unheard.
Stage, truss, lighting and a sound system chosen to carry outdoors without echo, rehearsed before guests arrive.
Mandap, backdrops, entry and seating decor built on the ground, with flowers taken fresh from near the venue.
Marked parking, a lit walking route, shaded seating for elders, water points and counters placed to keep queues moving.
Everything dismantled and carried away, with the ground left in the state the family or the owner expects.
We take the occasion, the headcount range and the date, and ask where the event will stand: your own land, a hired lawn or a hall.
You getA format and a site type
We measure slope, soil, approach and power, mark where parking, kitchen, stage and toilets will go, and photograph all of it.
You getA marked site plan
Flooring, cover, power, stage, sound, decor and guest flow, with trucking and crew stay kept as their own lines.
You getA quote you can read line by line
The load is listed and checked, carrying labour and flowers are booked near the venue, and the build days are fixed with the owner.
You getLogistics locked
Flooring and cover first, power next, structure after, decor last, then the event is run to a printed sheet and the ground cleared.

Plan a Baramati event from the ground up, literally. Most of what you will be offered is open land with a boundary, and open land is a site rather than a venue. Once you accept that the whole event arrives on wheels, planning becomes a list of what the field cannot supply.
Stand on the land with the family, because a photograph of a lawn tells you nothing useful. The things that decide the design are the slope, the soil, the approach road, the nearest three-phase supply and where a vehicle can turn around. A slope nobody notices while walking becomes obvious the moment a stage goes up and a buffet line is laid beside it. Soft soil after rain will hold a tempo's wheels. A narrow approach means the load comes in smaller vehicles and the build takes an extra day. We take those readings on the site visit and turn each one into a line in the quote, so the price makes sense to you instead of arriving as one round figure.
This is the honest division on a bare site, and it is worth reading before you fall for a lawn.
| Already on the site | Usually missing | How it gets solved |
|---|---|---|
| Space and a clear horizon | A level floor people can walk and dance on | Laid flooring over the seating, dining and stage areas |
| A farm power connection | Steady load for stage, lights, sound and cooling | A generator sized on the visit, set far enough to stay unheard |
| Daylight until sunset | Anything at all after dark | Tower lights on parking and paths, warm light on the decor |
| A water line somewhere | Drinking water and washing points near guests | Storage, a drawn line to the kitchen, portable toilets |
| A gate and a track | Controlled entry and somewhere to park | Marked parking, a lit walking route, people directing vehicles |
| Trees and open air | Shelter from rain, wind and afternoon sun | A roofed structure anchored down, with sides that can close |
Assume more people than the invitation says, and plan movement before seating. Gatherings here are generous: relatives come with their households, neighbours come because it would be rude not to, and a good share arrive in the last hour before the food. The fixes are ordinary and they work. Put serving counters along two edges instead of one long line. Keep the gifting queue clear of the entrance so arrivals are not stuck behind it. Give elders shaded seating near the stage and near the water. Tell the caterer a range rather than a single number, and agree in advance what happens if the larger figure turns up. The decor side of a function like this sits on our event decorators page.
Time these around the field, not around an office diary. This is an agricultural belt, and the audience you want is busiest when the land is busiest, so ask the local team which weeks are genuinely free before an invite is printed. A demonstration needs its own space: a patch where a machine can actually run, room for people to stand well back, and sound that carries in the open without bouncing off a shed wall. Keep the business session short and early, put the demonstration in the middle while the light is good, and hold the meal until the end so nobody walks out during the important part. The format is covered on our dealer meet page, and the stage side on event production.
Budget two clear days on the ground for anything with a stage, and three where there is a mandap and several functions. Flooring and cover go down first, power comes next, structure after that and decor last, because decor put up early collects dust and takes the wind all day. Our crew stays nearby through the build rather than driving back each evening, which is faster and is priced on its own line. Before any of that, settle three things: the date, the range your headcount sits in, and whether the event is on your own land or a hired lawn, because ownership decides how early we can get in and start. The whole range of what we do is on event management services.
The listings for Baramati are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
A team that has worked Baramati knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
No. We work from a single office in Pune, on the Sinhagad Road side of the city, and there is nothing of ours out here: no branch, no store and no crew on standby. We make a site visit before quoting, then the equipment and our technical team travel out and stay through the build and the event.
Yes, and that is the normal job here. A bare lawn needs flooring, cover, a generator, lighting, water points and toilets before a single flower goes up, and all of it arrives on a vehicle. We measure slope, soil and the approach on the site visit, then build across two or three days depending on how many functions you hold.
Cost follows headcount, how bare the site is, the number of days and functions, the size of stage and sound, and how much has to be trucked out. A field with no power and no level ground carries flooring, a generator and lighting before decor is even discussed. Travel, trucking and crew stay are listed separately in the quote.
By planning movement first and seating second. Counters go along two edges rather than one long line, the gifting queue is kept clear of the entrance, elders get shaded seating near the stage, and drinking water sits where people wait. The caterer is given a range instead of one number, with an agreement on what happens if the larger figure arrives.
Yes. A demonstration needs a working patch of ground, a safe standing distance for the audience, and sound that carries outdoors without bouncing off a shed wall. We keep the business session short and early, put the demonstration in the middle of the day while the light is good, and hold the meal until the end so the crowd stays.
Cover goes into the design from the start, never as an afterthought. Any structure is anchored into the ground rather than weighted on the surface, the sides can be closed on the face the wind is coming from, and loose hanging fabric stays out of an outdoor design. Flooring is laid so soft ground does not become the evening's problem.
Two to three months ahead for a wedding or a large function, and around six weeks for a smaller meet. Out here the lead time buys the build rather than the venue, because flooring, cover, power and lighting all have to be arranged and carried out. Peak wedding dates also commit crew and vehicles early across the whole region.
Nobody awards that title, so it comes down to which team fits the event you are actually running. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles farm-lawn weddings, receptions and sangeet nights and dealer and distributor meets in Baramati. The same crew covers Pune. Ask which parts are handled in house and which are being passed to a third party.
Look for a team that has already worked in Baramati, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Baramati with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
The number depends on guests, venue, décor and stage scale, and how close to the date you book. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Baramati are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
