We plan and run launch events for dealers, media and customers, built around a reveal that lands. Stage, LED, show flow, demo zones and registration, handled by one team with one point of contact.

A product launch event has one job: make the right audience understand and remember the product. Everything else, the stage, the screen, the anchor, the dinner, exists to set up the reveal and then let people touch, try and ask questions.
So we plan backwards from the reveal. Who is in the room, dealers, journalists or customers? What must they see, and in what order? Does the product arrive on stage, drop from a cover, roll in or appear on the LED wall first? Then we build the run of show, the stage, lighting cues and demo zones around that moment.
We run launches at hotel ballrooms, convention halls, showrooms, site offices and open grounds across Pune and Maharashtra, from vehicle and appliance launches to real estate project launches and software releases. Running since 2013, we have worked with 100+ brands and companies. If your launch is a mall activation or a sampling drive rather than an event, our BTL activation team is the better fit.
Product reveal, pricing and scheme presentation, trade Q&A and dinner for channel partners.
A tight reveal, spokesperson briefing, press area and product time for journalists and creators.
Showroom or venue launches with demos, test experiences and booking desks for buyers.
Vehicle roll-ins, covered reveals, display lighting and test-drive coordination.
Site or hotel launches with an LED walkthrough, model display and sales desks.
Keynote stage, live demo screens, stable internet and hands-on stations.
Launching a product or brand to your own sales team, with training and a clear story.
One show format repeated across Maharashtra cities with the same look and flow.
Pick the pieces your launch needs; we plan, set up and run them on the day.

Decide the audience before the venue. A dealer launch, a media launch and a customer launch need different rooms, different timings and a different show, and trying to serve all three in one evening usually weakens each.
The reveal is the one moment everyone will film. Decide how the product appears: under a cover on stage, rolled in through a side entry, lowered from above or first shown on the LED wall before the real thing is lit. Then check the venue can support it, including ceiling height, entry width for large products, floor load and where the product waits unseen. Rehearse the reveal with the lights and music at least twice.
Hotel ballrooms in Hinjewadi or near the airport suit dealer and corporate launches, with parking and rooms for outstation guests. Showrooms and site launches bring customers to the product, but need a plan for power backup, sound limits and weather. Check setup access early: large products and LED walls often need a night-before load-in. For media launches, avoid clashing with other big announcements that week.
Too many speeches before the reveal. A demo zone with no trained staff to answer questions. No product close-up space for photographers. And no plan for guests after the reveal, when the real conversations happen.
After the launch, keep the momentum. Share the reveal video, product photos and a short summary with guests who attended and those who could not. For dealer launches, send the presentation and scheme details the next morning while the evening is still fresh in their minds, and log the questions they asked for your sales team.

A product launch event is a planned event that introduces a new product to a chosen audience, such as dealers, journalists or customers. It usually builds up to a reveal on stage, followed by a walkthrough, questions and hands-on demos. The aim is for the audience to understand the product, remember it and act, whether that means stocking, writing about or buying it.
Product launch event management companies plan and run the whole launch: the concept and reveal, venue, stage, LED, sound and lighting, guest invites and registration, branding, media area and demo zones. On the day they run the show to a cue sheet. A good company gives you one point of contact and an itemised budget before anything is booked.
Plan a product launch event six to eight weeks ahead for a single-city launch, and longer for multi-city tours or launches with large custom sets. That time covers venue booking, the reveal design, LED content, invites and rehearsals. Smaller dealer meets can be done in three to four weeks if the product and message are already final.
A good product reveal is short, well-lit and seen clearly by everyone in the room. Build anticipation with a teaser video or countdown, then reveal the product in one clean move, a cover drop, roll-in or light-up, with music and lighting on cue. Rehearse it with the actual product, and give photographers a clear angle.
A launch event gathers an invited audience in one venue for a planned reveal and show. A BTL activation takes the product to the public, in malls, societies, colleges or streets, through sampling, games and demos over days or weeks. Many brands do both: a launch event for dealers and media, then activations for customers.
The cost of a product launch event depends on the venue, guest count, stage and LED size, the reveal mechanic, branding, hospitality and whether it runs in one city or several. A showroom launch costs far less than a ballroom media launch with custom sets. Share your brief and we will send an itemised budget.
