Short runs
Twenty to a few thousand, priced per piece without a setup charge buried in it.

Offset printing needs plates, so it is cheap at five thousand and absurd at fifty. Digital has no plates, so fifty is a real order and every one of the fifty can be different. That single fact is the whole reason to choose it.
Digital wins on short runs, on speed, and on anything where each piece differs. Fifty badges with fifty names, two hundred certificates, a hundred stickers, one wall mural, a reprint of eight panels for tomorrow. No plates means no setup cost to amortise, so the price per piece is the same at twenty as at two hundred.
Offset still wins on very long runs of identical pieces. Ten thousand brochures or fifty thousand leaflets are cheaper offset, and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling you what they own. We will say so and point you to the right process.
For almost everything an event, a shop or an office actually needs — signage, banners, stickers, badges, certificates, panels, short-run collateral — digital is both cheaper and faster, which is why it is what we run.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Short, fast, or different every time.
Twenty to a few thousand, priced per piece without a setup charge buried in it.
Every piece different — names on badges, numbers on tickets, codes on labels.
Artwork to finished job in hours rather than days, because nothing has to be made first.
Vinyl, flex, board and fabric on the same digital process, up to hoarding scale.
A real printed proof, cheap because it is just another print, so you approve the actual thing.
One panel, one badge, one sticker. A reprint of a single piece is a normal order here.
Short-run boards, directional signage and one-off panels.
Named badges for a conference, printed from your delegate list.
Award and participation certificates with each name set correctly.
Short runs, including barcodes and serial numbers.
Single pieces for a date, which offset cannot touch.
A few hundred flyers, menus or price lists.
Numbered and sometimes coded, each one different.
Single large prints for walls, framed or mounted.
Three questions answer it.
Under a few thousand identical pieces: digital. Any quantity where the pieces differ: digital, because offset physically cannot. Tens of thousands identical: offset, and we will tell you that.
Digital goes from file to finished in hours. Offset needs plates made and a press set up, which is a day or more before anything prints. For anything attached to an event date, that difference decides it.
Digital cost is media plus ink plus machine time, and it scales almost linearly — double the quantity, roughly double the cost. Offset cost is mostly setup, so it falls steeply with quantity. The crossover is usually somewhere in the low thousands for small format. If your run is near it, ask both ways.
Digital colour is consistent within a run and can vary very slightly between runs. If a brand colour has to match something printed six months ago, say so — it is manageable with a proof and a reference, and impossible if nobody mentions it.
Formats: large format, stickers, standees. Rates: printing rates.
The listings for Pune are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
Ask for an itemised scope, ask who is on site on the day, and ask what they have set up in Pune already. The answers sort a list of ten down to two. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
Printing straight from a file with no plates to make first. That removes the setup cost, which makes short runs affordable, allows every piece in a run to be different, and cuts turnaround from days to hours.
About twenty for most items, and one for large format. There is no plate to pay for, so a small order is a real order rather than something a printer does reluctantly. Per-piece cost is similar at twenty and at two hundred.
Digital under a few thousand identical pieces, and digital at any quantity where the pieces differ. Offset for tens of thousands of identical pieces. If your run sits near the crossover, ask for both and we will tell you honestly which way it falls.
Each printed piece carrying different content — names on conference badges, numbers on tickets, barcodes or QR codes on labels — generated from a spreadsheet you send. Offset cannot do it at all; on digital it costs little more than a plain run.
It scales close to linearly with quantity, because the cost is media, ink and machine time rather than setup. Large format is quoted per square foot, small format per piece. Both are on the printing rates page with the variables named.
Within a run, yes. Between runs months apart there can be a slight drift. If a brand colour has to match something printed earlier, send a physical sample and ask for a proof — it is entirely manageable when flagged, and impossible to fix afterwards.
Nobody awards that title, so it comes down to which team fits the event you are actually running. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles signage and panels, badges and lanyards and certificates in Pune. Ask for the breakdown — décor, stage, sound, crew, transport — and compare like for like.
Look for a team that has already worked in Pune, because venue access, power and society timings are local knowledge and cost you a day to learn. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pune with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pune are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
