Steady enquiry flow
A monthly plan for businesses that need a predictable stream of enquiries rather than one loud burst.

Search, paid campaigns, social and your website are usually bought as four separate jobs. We run them as a single plan, with one person answerable for all of it and reporting that names where each enquiry came from.
Most businesses do not suffer from a shortage of marketing activity. They suffer because the activity is bought in pieces: somebody posts, somebody else runs campaigns, a third person built the website years ago, and nobody can say which of them produced last month's enquiries.
We work the other way round. We begin from the enquiries you need, decide which channel is placed to produce them, and write down what each part of the plan is answerable for. Then a single message, offer and landing page run across everything for the month, so a person who sees a campaign, searches your name and lands on your site meets one business rather than three.
Plan With YOLO has been working since 2013, with 100+ brands and companies behind us. The habits carry across from events: a written plan before money moves, one number to call while work is live, and a report at the end you can read without a glossary.
Whatever mix you end up with, these six pieces hold it together.
One document naming what each channel is for, what it is not for, and which part starts first.
What people in your category type, scroll past and compare, used to decide where effort is worth spending.
The same offer, wording and destination page carried across campaigns, posts and mail for the month.
Forms, call links and campaign tags arranged so an enquiry can be traced to the thing that produced it.
You brief one person, and that same person answers for search, campaigns, social and the site.
Enquiries by source, what was changed, and what is queued next, written without jargon.
A monthly plan for businesses that need a predictable stream of enquiries rather than one loud burst.
A short, heavy period around an opening, a new product or a date that cannot move.
Enquiries fell and nobody knows why. The cause gets found before any new spending is proposed.
Several locations needing their own pages, profiles and budgets without bidding against each other.
Business buyers who research for months, where the aim is being shortlisted rather than an instant call.
Admissions, festive retail and exam seasons, built around a handful of weeks that decide the year.
A campaign that must fill seats by a fixed date, then stop cleanly without wasting the rest.
Tell us the date, the guest count, the budget and the feeling you want in the room. We ask the questions most people forget.

Digital marketing is not six services bought separately. It is one plan in which every channel is given a job, a place in the order of work, and something it is answerable for. This page is about how those parts fit and how the work reaches you. The craft inside each channel is explained on its own page, linked below, and none of it is repeated here.
Before a single campaign is written, decide what each part of the plan is responsible for. Search is usually asked to catch demand that already exists. Paid campaigns are asked to create demand on a date you choose. Social is asked to keep you familiar in the long gaps between purchases. Your website is asked to turn interest into a message, a call or an order. A channel with no stated job quietly turns into a monthly bill that nobody wants to defend.
How pages earn their place in search results is a subject of its own, and it lives on our SEO company in Pune page. Posting calendars, community replies and organic reach belong to our social media marketing page. Hoardings, print, radio and exhibition media sit on our advertising agency page.
Owners usually open with a question about the split: how much here, how much there. The more useful question is what to switch on first. If your name, colours and tone are still unsettled, every campaign has to introduce you from scratch, and settling that is what our branding page covers. If the site itself is slow or confusing on a phone, repairing it comes before buying attention, and that build is described on our website development page. In a belt like Hinjewadi, where a buyer compares four firms in one lunch break, whoever replies first often wins on nothing else at all.
A month runs better when everything carries a single idea. Pick the one thing you want remembered, an offer or a reason to visit, then let the campaign, the post, the mail and the destination page each say it at the length they allow. Two benefits follow. People need repeated exposure before they act, and repetition of the same idea counts towards that, while scattered messages do not. And at month end you get to judge one idea, instead of arguing about nine unrelated posts. A theme also makes the work cheaper to produce, because a single photograph, line and destination page are reused in four places rather than invented four times over. When a message needs longer than a month to land, we plan a run of months behind one idea and say so at the start.
Reporting is where these arrangements quietly fail, so it gets agreed in advance rather than improvised. Nothing below needs chasing.
| How often | What gets looked at | What may be changed at that point | What reaches you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every week | Spend against enquiries, and anything that stopped running | Money moved between campaigns, wasted words blocked, a weak creative paused | A short note, only where a decision is needed |
| Every fortnight | Which pages, posts and creatives produced enquiries | What gets made next, and what is dropped | A working list of the coming fortnight |
| Every month | Enquiries by source, calls answered, forms completed | The share of effort each channel receives | A written report in plain language |
| Every quarter | Whether the plan still matches the business | Channels added, paused or dropped altogether | A revised plan for you to approve |
Figures that cannot be tied to an enquiry are left out of the report entirely.
Plans usually break after the click, not before it. The common leaks are dull and fixable: a form landing in an inbox nobody opens, a missed call from a campaign number that is never returned, a message answered two days later, a shop counter in Camp that has no idea an offer is running. Close those before adding another channel. If the plan depends on customers installing something of yours, that build is described on our mobile app development page. Agree who answers, how quickly, and where the enquiry gets written down. Then let the campaigns bring people in.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
A digital marketing agency decides which channels carry which part of your selling, then runs them together. In practice that means research before any spending, a plan naming what search, campaigns, social and the website are each responsible for, the work itself, and a monthly account of what came in. The coordination is worth as much as the individual campaigns.
Start with the destination, not the traffic. If your site cannot take an enquiry quickly on a phone, or nobody replies to the ones that arrive, extra visitors only produce more disappointment. Once that end is sound, the usual order is search for demand that already exists, paid campaigns for demand you need by a date, and social to stay familiar in between.
Scope and pace decide it, not a rate card. The number of channels running at once, how often fresh creative and content are produced, whether new landing pages have to be built, how many locations or languages are involved, and how much media is bought each month all change the effort. Tell us the enquiries you need and we will scope it in writing.
You will know from enquiries by source, not from screenshots of reach. Every form, call button and campaign carries a tag, so a lead can be traced back to the thing that produced it. Each month a written report names those sources, what was changed and what is queued next. Anything that is not producing gets said out loud rather than buried.
Judge the plan you are handed before any money moves. Ask what each channel is answerable for, which figures get reported and how often, who picks up the phone while campaigns are live, and whose name the advertising accounts sit in. Anyone promising rankings, followers or a guaranteed count of leads is guessing, and that guess tends to cost you later.
Both arrangements work. Some businesses hand over the whole plan; others already have a designer or somebody who posts, so we take the missing parts and keep the rest coordinated. What matters is that a single plan governs all of it and one person is answerable for the reporting, so no job is done twice and none is quietly left undone.
You do, in every case. Advertising accounts, analytics, Search Console and your business profiles should be created in your company's name, with us added as users. The history then stays with you if you ever change agency, and access can be withdrawn the same day. We ask for user access rather than your passwords for exactly that reason.
