Society notice boards
A board inside the gate of twenty societies in your catchment, seen daily by exactly the households you want, at a fraction of outdoor rates. The most underused medium in the city.

Society notice boards. No-parking boards outside the right gate. A pamphlet in the right three pin codes. An auto rickshaw hood. None of it is glamorous, none of it comes with a dashboard, and for a business with a catchment it routinely beats the digital spend sitting next to it.
We plan area media against a catchment and we print it ourselves, which is the part that keeps it cheap. A board, a banner, a pamphlet and a vehicle wrap all come off our own machines — see printing and signage and printing rates — so you are paying for the site and the material rather than for three people's margin.
We will also tell you what not to buy. A hoarding on a highway for a clinic with a two-kilometre catchment is a vanity purchase. A thousand pamphlets handed out at a mall for a neighbourhood tiffin service is money in a bin. The skill in local advertising is almost entirely in the placement.
For the online half of the same catchment, see local marketing and local SEO.
Roughly in order of cost per relevant impression.

Outside societies, schools, clinics and markets. They stay up for months, they are read at walking speed, and they are among the cheapest branded impressions available.
Where the site is on a route your catchment actually uses. One correct junction outperforms three big sites in the wrong direction. See <a href="/hoarding-advertising-in-pune/">hoarding advertising</a>.
Door drops and newspaper inserts by pin code and society, with a separate phone number per zone so you know which half worked.
Auto hoods, bus panels, your own delivery vehicles and van wraps. See <a href="/bus-advertising-in-pune/">bus advertising</a> and <a href="/car-wrapping-in-pune/">vehicle wrapping</a>.
Painted walls, shutter branding and retailer boards in the lanes your customers walk. See <a href="/wall-branding-in-pune/">wall branding</a>.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
A tight burst across the catchment in the fortnight around opening, then a sustained board presence.
Society boards and no-parking boards, which is where a neighbourhood clinic is actually chosen.
Seasonal, society-led, and dependent on being visible before the enquiry window opens.
Site boards, route hoardings and society activity around a launch window. See <a href="/real-estate-project-launch-in-pune/">project launches</a>.
Local, immediate, and worth far more with photographs and a live Business Profile behind it.
Short windows where print turnaround matters more than design, which is why in-house machines help.
A stall or a camp inside the compound, which converts better than any board. See <a href="/btl-activation-agency-in-pune/">activations</a>.
High volume, short deadlines, strict content rules and a lot of printing.
Four rules.
Ask your last twenty customers where they live. Plot it. The media plan comes from that map. Almost every wasted rupee in local advertising is a site bought because it was available or impressive rather than because the catchment passes it.
A board a household sees every day for six months does more than a large hoarding they pass twice. For a neighbourhood business, twenty society boards usually outperform one premium outdoor site at a similar cost.
Three pin codes, three numbers, or three tracked WhatsApp links. Without it you learn that the campaign worked and not which part of it did, which means next quarter is another guess. This costs nothing and it is the thing that makes area media measurable.
A no-parking board is read from two metres and a junction hoarding from forty. The same artwork cannot do both. Fewer words, bigger name, one number, and nothing in the bottom corner where a parked car will sit.
On permissions: outdoor sites and wall branding need the owner's consent and, for some formats and locations, municipal permission. We will tell you which category a site falls into before anything is printed, because a board taken down in week two is the most expensive board there is. Society boards need the committee's approval, which is straightforward and is part of what we handle — and if you are on the other side of that conversation, see housing society management.

The listings for Pune are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
A team that has worked Pune knows the access, the power and the society timings. Ask for that, ask for the breakdown, and ask who runs the day. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
It varies by society, by board size and by how many months you take, and it is consistently one of the lowest cost-per-impression options in the city because the audience is exactly the households in your catchment. The usual approach is a cluster of fifteen to twenty-five societies for a quarter. We will quote against a named list rather than a range, because the list is what the price depends on.
Only if the site is on a route your customers already use, and usually not otherwise. A clinic, a salon or a tiffin service with a two-kilometre catchment gets more from twenty society boards than from one hoarding at the same spend. Where a hoarding does make sense — a showroom on a main road, a project launch — we buy the junction rather than the size.
For society boards, yes — the committee approval is part of the job. For outdoor and wall sites we deal with the site owner and tell you clearly where municipal permission is required for the format and location before anything is printed. A board that comes down in week two costs more than the permission would have.
Yes. Vinyl, flex, sunboard, stickers, boards, standees and vehicle wraps come off our own machines, which is why this is cheaper through us than through an agency that subcontracts the printing. It also means a design change reaches the street in days.
A different phone number or tracked WhatsApp link per zone, and a question at the counter. Pamphlets get dismissed as unmeasurable mainly because nobody puts a distinct number on them. With one, you find out within a fortnight which pin code is worth repeating.
Regularly. The most common honest answer for a small local business is to fix the sign board and complete the Google Business Profile first, because both are nearly free and both work on people who are already looking. Media spend on top of a broken frontage is money spent sending people to something they cannot find.
Search results do not rank planners by quality, so the label is only ever someone's opinion. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles new branch or showroom opening, clinic and hospital catchments and school and coaching admissions in Pune. Ask what happens to the price when a number moves; a single figure tells you nothing.
Start with teams that already work in Pune — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pune with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pune are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
