A vinyl floor graphic is a printed self-adhesive film laid on a floor and covered with an anti-skid laminate. The laminate is the whole difference: without it, a glossy print on a polished floor is a slipping hazard, and it scuffs grey within days.
They are used where attention is on the ground - a brand logo at a mall entrance, arrows that walk visitors to your stall, a step-by-step path at a launch, queue markers at a counter, or a large printed floor for a photo spot at a wedding or activation.
Floors differ more than walls. Vitrified tiles, marble, epoxy and wooden stages each hold adhesive differently, and carpets need a different material altogether. We ask what the floor is before we quote, because the media changes with it.

A floor graphic that peels on day one is almost always a decision made before printing, not a printing fault.
Never skip the anti-skid laminate on a walking surface. It is the safety layer and the wear layer, and a floor print without it is both slippery and short-lived.
Polished marble and vitrified tile hold well when clean. Rough cement, textured tile and carpet do not take standard floor vinyl; carpets need a separate carpet-grade material, and we will say when your surface needs it.
A one-day launch wants removable adhesive that lifts cleanly. A three-month store promotion wants a stronger bond and sealed edges. Tell us the duration and we choose for it - the same material is wrong for both.
Malls mop at night. A graphic fitted on a damp floor or mopped too soon after fitting lifts at the edges. We fit on a fully dry floor and ask the venue's housekeeping to keep machines off it for the first hours.

Vinyl floor graphics are printed self-adhesive films laid on a floor and covered with an anti-skid laminate. They are used for brand logos, directions, queue markers and printed photo spots in malls, stores, exhibitions and events, where people look down as they walk.
Not when they carry an anti-skid laminate, which is textured to give shoes grip. A glossy print without that laminate is slippery on a polished floor, which is why we laminate every graphic meant for walking on.
Removable floor media lifts cleanly from tile, marble and epoxy without residue. For long runs a stronger adhesive is used, which still comes off cleanly from sound floors. Tell us how long the graphic must stay and we choose the adhesive for that.
Standard floor vinyl does not hold on carpet. Carpets need a carpet-grade material made for that surface. If your venue is carpeted, mention it when you ask for a quote so the right media is used.
It depends on footfall and cleaning. A short event is no strain at all. In a busy mall or store, laminated graphics with sealed edges last through a promotion of several weeks, and edges are the first part to wear.
Yes. We clean and dry the floor, lay and seal the graphics, and lift them after the event if you book removal. Fitting usually happens before opening or after closing, on a fully dry floor.
