Getting ten friends into the same place on the same two days is the hard part. We plan the villa or the private room, the travel, the food, the night itself and the way everybody gets home safely.

A bachelor party is a logistics job wearing a party's clothes. The night itself is easy to plan. Getting ten friends into the same place, on the same two days, with travel, stay, food and a way home sorted, is the actual work. That is the part we take over.
We plan bachelor and bachelorette parties in and around Pune: a private room in Koregaon Park for a group that cannot take leave, a villa or farmhouse weekend for one that can, or a daytime activity with dinner booked after it. Decor, music, games, food, transport and a safety plan come as one arrangement, with one person you call.
We also keep it quiet. Guest lists, locations and anything planned as a surprise stay between you and us, and each supplier is told only what they need to know. You get an itemised quote first, so the group can see what each part costs and drop whatever it does not want.
Take the whole plan or the pieces your group cannot be bothered to chase.
Villas and private spaces matched to your group size and drive time, with the awkward questions asked before booking.
A plan for each evening with music, lighting and games, so nobody is waiting for something to begin.
Vehicles with drivers, pickup times and a return plan, so nobody drives back after a long night.
A backdrop, lights and props carried to the villa or private room and set up before you arrive.
Meals timed around arrival, the late night and checkout, so the group is never waiting or hungry.
A sober contact each night, the caretaker's number, the nearest hospital and a pool rule everyone agrees to.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
A booked villa outside the city with stay, food, music and a plan for each evening.
One private space for the evening, with music, food and a table held all night.
A farmhouse close to the city with a bonfire, music and a setup nobody has to pack up.
An activity during the day and a booked dinner after, for groups who cannot take leave.
Rooms, travel and a plan for friends coming in from other cities for the wedding.
A jersey night, retro Bollywood or an all-white evening carried through decor, music and dress code.
The same planning for the bride's group, with brunches, decor and a photo corner.
One weekend for both groups, with separate nights so neither ends up an afterthought.
We start with the two days that work for most of the group and the number of people actually coming.
You getA date the group can commit to
We suggest formats for that group and send villa or venue options with house rules checked.
You getOptions with the catches already asked about
Stay, travel, food, decor and entertainment are quoted separately so the group can split or trim.
You getA number everyone can agree on
We plan each evening: music, games, decor, meal timings and the groom's no-go list.
You getNobody waiting for something to start
Decor is up before you arrive, drivers and timings are confirmed, and a sober contact is named each night.
You getA weekend nobody has to manage
Fix the date and the guest list before you look at a single villa. A bachelor party is the one event where the venue is the easy part and the diary is the hard part. Most of these weekends fall apart because six people could not get the same two days free, not because the house was wrong.
Pick a date that sits a clear week or two away from the wedding. The night before is a bad idea for obvious reasons, and the weekend just before it collides with fittings, shopping and relatives arriving. If friends are flying in for the wedding anyway, the days right after they land often work better than anything arranged months ahead.
Keep the list the groom's, and settle the money in the first message. Decide who is collecting, whether the groom pays a share and what the per-person amount covers, before anyone books anything. Collect in advance rather than settling up afterwards, because whoever fronted the villa deposit should not be chasing messages after the wedding.
Say out loud what happens if someone drops out late, because on these trips someone always does. If the group agrees at the start that the share still stands, nobody argues about it on the day. Keep the group to people who actually know each other, too: two disconnected sets of friends with no common ground makes for a long weekend.
The best surprises sit inside a fence the groom drew himself. Ask him privately, well before the plan is fixed, what he does not want: a stage moment, anything embarrassing on camera, anything that would upset his family, anything posted before the wedding. Then plan freely inside that.
Agree the camera rule as well. Photographs and clips from these nights travel faster than anyone expects, and one landing in a family group two days before a wedding is a problem nobody needs. One phone doing the recording, and nothing posted until after the wedding, is a fair rule that saves arguments.
Pick the format around the group's leave and travel, not the other way round.
| Format | Suits | Travel | Lock first |
|---|---|---|---|
| A night in town | Friends who cannot take leave | Cabs home, nothing more | One private space; do not hop venues |
| Villa or farmhouse weekend | A close group who want time together | A couple of hours each way | House rules and the check-in time |
| Day out, dinner after | Mixed groups and older friends | Half a day inside the city | The activity slot and the dinner table |
| Hill weekend | Friends travelling in for the wedding | A highway drive, slow in the rains | Rooms, travel timing and a wet-weather plan |
| Coastal weekend near Alibaug | A longer break well before the wedding | A full day of travel each way | Travel and stay together, before anything else |
| Sports or adventure day | Groups that do not want a late night | Just outside the city | The booking slot and the safety briefing |
Ask the awkward questions before you book, because each answer changes how the weekend feels. Check the check-in and check-out times and pay for early check-in if the group arrives on a Friday night, or you lose the whole first evening. Ask whether outside catering is allowed, whether music is allowed and until when, what the caretaker will and will not do, and how the security deposit works.
Then check the dull things: water and power backup, how far the nearest town is for anything you forgot, whether the pool is lit, and whether the approach road is manageable after dark. In the monsoon a hill villa near Lonavala is a lovely place to be and a difficult place to reach at night, so travel in daylight and keep a wet-weather plan for anything outdoors.
Book a vehicle with a driver and name a sober contact for each night. That is the whole safety plan and it is not negotiable. Nobody drives after drinking, nobody takes a two-wheeler up to a hill villa at night, and nobody gets into the pool after drinking. Say the pool rule out loud on arrival, because it is the biggest risk on these weekends and the hardest thing to raise later.
The rest is simple. Share the location pin, the caretaker's number and the nearest hospital in the group chat. Carry ID copies, since villas ask for them at check-in. Know who carries medication and who has an allergy. Plan the return for a late morning instead of a dawn start, and keep the last night lighter than the first.
For the other celebrations around the wedding, see our private party planning, and if the ring ceremony is still to be arranged, see engagement decoration in Pune. If several functions need one team, look at everything we plan. Tell us the dates, the group size and how far you want to travel.

A bachelor party planner handles everything except the fun. That means shortlisting villas or private venues with their house rules checked, arranging travel with drivers, planning meal timings, setting up decor, music and games before the group arrives, and putting a safety plan in place for each night. You get one point of contact and an itemised quote to split.
Hold it a clear week or two before the wedding, never the night before. The weekend immediately before collides with fittings, shopping and relatives arriving, so it rarely works. If friends are travelling in for the wedding anyway, the days just after they land are often easier to arrange than a date months ahead.
The usual choices are a private room or lounge in the city, a farmhouse close by, a villa a couple of hours out, a hill weekend, or a longer coastal break a full day's drive away. Pick by how much leave the group has and how far people are willing to drive, then check house rules on music, catering and timings before booking.
Name a sober contact for every night and book a vehicle with a driver. Nobody drives after drinking, nobody rides a two-wheeler to a hill villa at night, and nobody enters the pool after drinking. Share the location pin, the caretaker's number and the nearest hospital in the group chat, and know who carries medication.
Ask about check-in and check-out times, whether early check-in is possible, whether outside catering is allowed, whether music is permitted and until when, what the caretaker does, how the security deposit works, and what backup exists for water and power. Also check the approach road after dark, especially in the monsoon.
Cost is driven by the number of nights, the size and location of the villa or venue, how far the group travels and how many vehicles you need, whether food is catered or cooked on site, the drinks arrangement, decor and entertainment, and the size of the group. Send the dates and group size for an itemised quote.
Yes, and the planning is much the same: venue shortlisting, travel with drivers, meal timings, decor and a photo corner, activities and a safety plan. Bachelorette groups more often want a brunch, a pool day or a themed evening rather than a late night. Tell us the format you want and we will plan around it.
