Haldi setups for Baner clubhouses, podiums and party lawns. Free-standing frames that need no drilling, built and struck inside the hours your society has given you.
The towers here come with a clubhouse, a podium garden or a party lawn, and that is where most haldi functions actually happen. It is more room than a flat, and it arrives with a booking form, a deposit and a list of what you may not do to the walls.
That changes the build. Nothing is drilled, everything stands on its own weight, and the whole job has to fit inside the hours the committee has given you.
It is also a shared building. Residents walk past while it happens, so the frame goes where it does not block the lift lobby or the fire exit, which is the first thing a facility manager checks.
Everything below exists because a clubhouse has rules and a clock.
The booking form, the deposit slip and the rule sheet, read before we design rather than after we arrive.
Weighted bases that hold a full backdrop up without a single nail, screw or strip of tape touching a wall.
Pre-assembled so the setup takes minutes on site, because an overrun is the committee’s to charge you for.
Marigold, orchids or a mixed floral wall, chosen for how your clubhouse is lit rather than for a catalogue.
Seating and a queue line placed so your function and the building’s own traffic do not collide.
Everything out and the room photographed back to how it was, so the deposit comes back whole.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
An indoor build in the society hall, free-standing from end to end.
Open air on the podium level, with the frame weighted against the draught between towers.
On the society lawn, with the walking line surfaced before the water starts.
For families who keep it in the flat, sized to the living room and the service lift.
In one of the banquet rooms on the main road, built to the hotel’s own vendor rules.
Haldi in the morning and mehendi after, from a single build that changes over.
Two setups across the same weekend for two families in two societies.
A second backdrop near the entrance so photographs do not crowd the ritual.
A clubhouse is a better room than a flat and a stricter one. Everything below comes from the committee’s rules rather than from design preference.
No nails, no screws, and usually no tape either. So the backdrop stands on its own weight, with a base that will not tip when somebody leans on it for a photograph. That is a completely different frame from one you would hang at home, and it has to be planned that way from the first drawing.
A booking is for fixed hours, and those hours cover the setup and the clear-up, not only the ceremony. We arrive with the build already sectioned so assembly takes minutes rather than an hour. An overrun is money off your deposit.
Most committees here are firm about it, and they are right to be: a flower trolley in the resident lift at eight in the morning is how a function makes enemies. We plan the load-in around the service lift’s size and its own timing restrictions.
Clubhouses and podiums here carry a lot of glass and a morning haldi is lit by the sun whether you planned for it or not. Pale shades disappear in that light and strong yellows hold. Colour is chosen for the room you actually have.
Most families here are working through the week, so the approvals run on WhatsApp: a layout, a flower option, a cost line. The haldi decoration page covers what a setup includes, and wedding planning in Baner the rest of the days.
The listings for Baner are ordered by ad spend and review count. Both are worth something, and neither answers whether the team has worked your kind of venue.
Ask for an itemised scope, ask who is on site on the day, and ask what they have set up in Baner already. The answers sort a list of ten down to two. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.
Yes, and it is what we build by default here. The frame carries its own weight on a weighted base, so nothing goes into the wall, the ceiling or the floor. It is rated to stay put when somebody leans on it, which is the real test at a haldi.
Usually, for a standard backdrop and seating. We arrive with the build in sections so assembly runs in well under an hour, and the strike is faster. If the design you want needs longer than the slot allows, we will say so before you book rather than after.
Most ask for a vendor list with names and ID numbers, sometimes a copy of our registration, and occasionally a refundable deposit against damage. Send us the form with the booking and we will fill in our side.
No, it is what we expect. Tell us its inside size and any hours it cannot be used, because both change how early the material has to arrive. Nothing of ours goes in a resident lift.
Yes. A layout drawing, two or three flower options and an itemised cost go over on WhatsApp, and a short call settles the rest. We only need one person who can approve a change quickly, because slow approvals are what cost a setup its morning.
It follows the width of the backdrop, the flower work in it, whether there is seating, shade or a second photo wall, and what the society requires of us. Send the clubhouse name, the slot and the guest count and you will get it broken into lines you can cut from.
There is no ranking that decides this, so the word means whichever team is right for your event. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles clubhouse hall haldi, podium garden haldi and party lawn haldi in Baner. The same crew covers Pune. Ask to see work from the same kind of event, not a showreel of somebody else's.
Start with teams that already work in Baner — they know the venues, the loading access and the society rules, which is where most local jobs go wrong. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Baner with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Baner are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
