On-site sales gallery
At the project, usually a temporary structure that has to look permanent.

A sales gallery is not a reception. Every metre of it exists to move a visitor from curious to seated with a salesperson, and the layout either does that or quietly works against it.
Stand at the door and walk in knowing nothing. Where do your eyes go? How far do you get before somebody speaks to you? Where do you stop? That walk is the whole design.
What works, almost always: arrive and be impressed by the space, understand the project at the model, touch the finishes, see a sample flat if there is one, and only then sit with somebody. A visitor approached three steps inside the door often turns around.
And there must be somewhere to decide. Two people buying a flat need ten minutes without a salesperson standing over them. A quiet corner with water converts better than one more desk.

Off-site, in a commercial area, serving several projects.
Smaller and functional, for a project still under construction.
Furnishing and dressing a show flat to the configuration being sold.
The same story compressed into a stall at a property expo.
New phase, new inventory, same room.
Maps, boundary plans and a site vehicle rather than a model.
A gallery built for one launch weekend and struck afterwards.
In the order a visitor meets it.
Signage, branding and a door that reads as an invitation rather than an office.
Plinth, lighting and placement — looked down into, not up at, and lit so the layout reads.
The film, the floor plates and the location map, placed where somebody standing at the model can see them.
Tiles, taps, laminates, window sections. The part that turns a brochure into a decision.
Styled to the configuration actually being sold, furnished to the size it really is.
After the story, with a quiet corner for families and space for documents.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Five things, learned from walking a lot of them.
It is the commonest layout and it costs walk-ins. A visitor who is approached before they have seen anything has nothing to say and leaves. Story first — model, walkthrough, finishes — then the desk.
An unlit model in a bright room reads as a grey lump. Lit from above with the roads and open spaces picked out, it is the thing people stand at for five minutes, which is five minutes your salesperson gets to talk.
A tile, a tap, a laminate, a window section, a flooring sample. Buyers at this value do not decide from renders, and a material display costs very little against the hesitation it removes.
Furnishing a sample flat with undersized furniture to make rooms look bigger is a short-term trick that produces angry buyers at possession. Style it to the real configuration — it builds more trust and it is the thing people photograph and compare later.
A corner with chairs, water and nobody hovering. The decision is being made between two people, not between a buyer and your salesperson, and they need a minute to have that conversation.

That search returns whoever advertises hardest in Pune, not whoever runs the better event. It is a starting list, and the sorting is still yours to do.
Compare the breakdown rather than the total, check the crew is theirs and not hired in, and ask what they have already done in Pune. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.

The room where a developer sells — on site or off it — holding the model, the walkthrough, the material display, sometimes a sample flat, and the desks where bookings are taken. Its only job is to move a visitor from curious to seated, and the layout either helps or quietly prevents that.
After the story, never at the entrance. A visitor approached three steps inside the door has seen nothing, has nothing to say and frequently turns around. Model, walkthrough and finishes first; desks after.
More than most developers expect. Buyers at this value do not decide from renders — a tile, a tap, a laminate and a window section let them check the quality themselves. It costs very little and it is where hesitation usually gets resolved.
No. It is a short-term trick that produces angry buyers at possession and it is easy to spot. Style it to the real configuration with normally sized furniture — it builds trust, and the photographs people take get compared to the delivered flat later.
Yes, and it is a build before it is an interior: levelled flooring, power, cooling, and a structure that looks permanent while being temporary. It also has to be reachable without walking visitors through the construction area.
It follows the size, whether the structure itself has to be built, the model, screens and material display, and whether a sample flat is styled. An on-site temporary gallery and a permanent experience centre are different jobs. Send the area and the project.
That phrase has no official meaning, so the useful question is what to compare. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles on-site sales gallery, experience centre and site office in Pune. Ask what happens to the price when a number moves; a single figure tells you nothing.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Pune before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pune with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
There is no standard rate — the cost follows the guest count, the venue, how much décor and stage you want, and the date. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pune are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
