Shell-scheme upgrade
Graphics, lighting, counter and storage inside the organiser's panels — the cheapest way to look professional here.

Everyone on this floor is selling the same thing to the same buyer on the same day, so the stand is doing one job: making a family stop long enough to sit down. That means a model or a visual they can stand in front of, and seats — a developer stand with no seating is a developer stand with no bookings.
Pune Property Expo, CREDAI Pune Metro is held at Agricultural College Ground, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005, behind Esquare and off Court Road, usually in January. Published listings disagree on the week, so we have not printed one — take the dates from the organiser before you book space.
The official property exhibition of CREDAI Pune Metro, running most years in January with upwards of eighty developers and several hundred RERA-registered projects. It is organised by CREDAI Pune Metro. Exhibitors here show developers across Pune, PCMC and PMRDA, home loan providers, and project marketing teams.

Everything built to your plot and open sides.
Plinth, load spreading, guarding and a viewing line for an exhibit that runs.
Built around the thing you want people to watch, with the crowd it attracts planned for.
More seating and less display, for a show where the conversation is the point.
A meeting deck above the floor, where the plot size and the organiser allow it.
Designed to travel, if this is one of several shows you do each year.
Everything between your booked plot and the empty space afterwards.
Layout drawn around your exhibits and this show's visitor — not a template reused from another sector.
Drawings and service orders submitted in your name, to this show's deadlines.
Panels, platform, counters and structure made and finished in our unit before they reach site.
Printed in our own unit — a wrong panel is reprinted the same day.
Built in the build-up slot, levelled, wired, lit and cleaned before the doors open.
Taken down in the dismantle window, your exhibits returned, space handed back clear.
Every photo here is from an event our team planned and ran.
Start from the exhibitor manual, not from a design. It sets your height limit, what you may fix to the organiser's panels, the build-up and dismantle slots, the fire rules and how services are ordered. Every one of those can force a redesign if it is read late, and the manual is the first thing we ask you for.
Then the plot. Which sides are open changes the stand completely — a corner plot is a different design from an in-line plot of the same area, and a peninsula is different again. Plot number and open sides before anything else.
Then what has to happen on the stand. Everyone on this floor is selling the same thing to the same buyer on the same day, so the stand is doing one job: making a family stop long enough to sit down. That means a model or a visual they can stand in front of, and seats — a developer stand with no seating is a developer stand with no bookings.
Then the aisle. On open ground the aisle is wide and the light is daylight, so height and a roofline do the work that a lit fascia does indoors.
Work backwards from approvals. Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a custom stand at this show; three is possible and costs more. Organiser approval is the one deadline that cannot be compressed, so that is the date everything else hangs off.
Most people start here with a search rather than a recommendation, and the first results are the ones paying for the position or carrying the most reviews. Neither tells you whether a team has set up in a hall like yours.
Compare the breakdown rather than the total, check the crew is theirs and not hired in, and ask what they have already done in Pune. Our contact page has both numbers and WhatsApp, and you will get an itemised scope back rather than one figure.
Can't find yours? Call or WhatsApp — a planner answers.

It depends on whether you have shell scheme or raw space, the plot size, how much is built versus rented and how much graphics area there is. We quote itemised — design, structure, graphics, furniture, electrical, services, install and removal — so you can see each part and take something out if you need to. Our stall cost page explains what moves the number.
Six to eight weeks for a custom stand, two for a shell-scheme upgrade. Organiser approvals are the fixed point; everything else can be compressed at a price. If the show is closer than that, send the plot anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done well.
Yes — drawings for approval and the power, air and internet orders, submitted in your name. The space contract stays yours.
Yes, and we will flag anything in it that will not pass this show's rules or will not survive the run before we start cutting.
You get a number for someone who can be at the stand. A failed light or a damaged panel is an hour's problem if somebody local is reachable and a lost day if they are not.
That phrase has no official meaning, so the useful question is what to compare. Plan With YOLO has planned events since 2013 out of Pune and handles shell-scheme upgrade, custom raw-space stand and machinery or equipment stand in Pune. Ask for the breakdown — décor, stage, sound, crew, transport — and compare like for like.
The shortlist worth having is teams who have set up in Pune before; venue quirks are the part nobody writes in a quotation. Our office is in Anand Nagar off Sinhagad Road and the crew travels to Pune with its own kit. Send the date, the venue and a rough guest count and you get a scope back the same day.
It moves with guest count, venue, the scale of décor and stage, and whether the date is in season. A wedding date in season and a weekday corporate meeting in Pune are not comparable, so a quoted range before anyone has seen the brief is not worth much. You will get an itemised scope for your own event, and every line on it can move.
