We design and set up the branding your guests see from the gate to the stage: welcome arches, backdrops, standees, signage and exhibition stalls. Everything is designed and built for your event.

Event branding is the design and set-up of everything that carries your name, colours and message at an event. That includes the welcome gate, stage backdrop, registration desk, standees, directional signs, photo walls and, at trade shows, the whole exhibition stall.
Done well, branding does two jobs. It tells guests they are in the right place and guides them where to go. And it makes every photo taken at your event carry your brand, long after the day ends. Done badly, it is a stretched logo, a misspelt name on a standee or a backdrop that clashes with the stage lights.
We start with your brand guidelines and the venue layout, then design each piece to fit its exact spot. You approve a mock-up of every item before anything goes to print or build. On the day, we set it up, check it against the approved design, and take it down after the event.

Branding looks simple until three people send three versions of the logo the night before the event. A little planning upfront saves most of the stress.
Every branding piece has to fit a real space. Ask the venue for a floor plan, ceiling height, and the rules on what can be fixed to walls and floors. Many hotel ballrooms allow only free-standing structures, and set-up time is often limited to the night before. A ballroom in Kalyani Nagar and an open lawn in Bavdhan need very different branding plans. Knowing this early decides whether your welcome gate is a frame structure or a printed arch.
Branding needs vector logos (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) and your brand colour codes, not a logo copied from a website or a phone screenshot. Large prints show every flaw. If you have brand guidelines, share them at the start. Nominate one person on your side to approve designs, so changes do not arrive from three directions.
For trade shows at exhibition halls in and around Pimpri-Chinchwad, the organiser sets the rules: stall height limits, fire-safe materials, power loads and the build window before the show opens. Check whether your space is shell scheme (walls and fascia provided, you add branding) or raw space (you build the full stall). Many organisers need stall drawings approved before the build. Allow two to four weeks from brief to show day for a custom stall, and more for a large one. Shell-scheme branding can move faster.
Guests share the photos they take at the gate, the photo wall and the stage. Place logos where they will stay in frame, avoid glossy surfaces that reflect stage lights, and keep the photo wall away from dark corners.
Branding works best when it is planned with the stage. See event production for stage, LED and lighting, and brand activations for stalls that travel from mall to mall. For conferences and dealer meets planned end to end, see corporate events.

Event branding is the design and set-up of every visual element that carries your brand at an event. It includes welcome gates, stage backdrops, standees, directional signage, registration desks, photo walls and exhibition stalls. Good event branding guides guests around the venue, keeps your brand in every photo, and makes the whole event look like it belongs to one company.
Exhibition stall design and fabrication covers the stall concept, 3D design, drawings for organiser approval, the build, graphics, lighting, furniture, power points and on-site set-up and take-down. A custom stall can also include storage, a meeting area and product display units. For shell-scheme spaces, the work is mainly graphics and furniture on the walls the organiser provides.
A custom exhibition stall usually needs two to four weeks from brief to show day. That covers design, your approval, organiser approval of drawings, the build and graphics. Large or double-storey stalls need longer. Shell-scheme branding can be done faster. On-site set-up happens in the organiser's build window, usually one or two days before the show opens.
Yes, venues can be branded overnight when everything is prepared in advance. Hotels often give access only after the previous function ends, so every piece is designed, printed, cut and labelled for its spot before we arrive. The team then sets up to a planned sequence and checks every item against the approved mock-up before guests arrive in the morning.
To start event branding, we need your event date, venue, brand guidelines, vector logo files and the list of items you want. A floor plan or venue photos help us size each piece correctly. Name one person on your side to approve designs. With these, we can share mock-ups quickly and avoid last-minute changes that put print deadlines at risk.
Yes, many branding pieces can be reused if they are planned that way from the start. Frame-based backdrops with replaceable prints, modular stall parts and standees with generic brand messaging last across several events. Date-specific or theme-specific prints usually cannot. Tell us if you plan repeat events, and we will design the pieces and packing for reuse.
